Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: So months go by waiting on this "special order" and they can't be bothered to update me once? But miraculously on the same day I chew them out after losing my patience and post negative reviews and file a complaint, suddenly the cushion is finally ordered and shipped? What a crock of lies, they ignored my complaints and did nothing for Months just like they've done for the dozens of other customers that left bad reviews It wasn't until I had to call their store over and over again as they kept hanging up on me that they realized I wasn't going away and only then did they finally try to fix their mistake Not one apology from them until this response either and still no offer to reimburse me Talk about too little too late If this is the kind of service the Revdex.com attaches their logo to then clearly it isn't worth much Sincerely, [redacted]

[redacted] ordered several items on 3/19/16, a table, chairs, sofa, loveseat, and entertainment center were delivered on 3/23/The remaining pieces were special ordered, and came in, and were delivered on the same day, 5/11/16, 1/weeks from the order dateAs all of our merchandise, this was ordered new from the manufacturerThe delivery time was within the standard time for this productWe are very sorry that the cushion was scratched upon delivery, and we ordered it from the manufacturer the same day, 5/11/Given the nature of this type of leather, the manufacturer requested a leather swatch from the customer for a color match, which he providedWe checked with the manufacturer on 10/18/16, and they shipped it to us UPS, and we provided the tracking number to ***This has ta [redacted] WAY longer than it should have, and we are very sorryWe will contact [redacted] when the part is received, and schedule delivery or pick up as preferred [redacted]

We are very sorry that this took so longThe fact is, we ordered the seat casing from the manufacturer, Hooker Furniture, on 5/11/16, the day the delivery was madeThe manufacturer then requested a swatch, which we mailed to them on 6/9/We do understand the frustration for how long the process tookIt is our goal always to resolve all issues as quickly as possible, however there are many things not within our controlTell us why here

In reference to the complaint filed by Jennifer ***; My Family Furniture is not attempting to collect any debt, nor do we report anything to any credit bureausWe have not had any contact with this consumer in regards to a debt from If the customer used a finance company to fund the
purchase, and did not pay them in full, perhaps they are contacting the customerIf the customer has any questions, she can contact us directly at [email protected]
