My Father's Barbeque

On December 23,2019, I placed an order for a fried 10/lb turkey for Christmas dinner to My Father's Barbeque. The person answering the phone checked with the Chef to see if it was possible. I was informed that I would get either a fried turkey or smoked turkey they couldn't tell me for sure which I would receive. I agreed to the order. The cost was $95 plus tax for a total of $104.02. On December 24, 2019, I picked up my order and was given the glaze and heating instructions which I followed (heat oven at 350 degrees until the temperature reached 165 for 45 minutes). Unbeknownst to me, the smoked turkey wasn't completely cooked when I received it.The turkey was served during dinner and I was informed during the clean up after dinner the reason no one ate the turkey was because it wasn't fully cooked inside.I contacted My Father's BBQ on Saturday, December 27, 2019 to inform them of my situation and was told by Raymond to call back on January 7, 2020 that the owner(Chef ***) would be back then. I called on January 7th to a recording that said the business was being renovated and would reopen January 17, 2020. I called on January 18 and spoke to Raymond who said someone would call me. No one called me back. My final called to them was on January 25, I spoke to *** and *** called me back. I relayed the concern and he said he would give the message to the owner. I haven't heard back from the Chef/Owner as of this writing.
