My Favorite Cleaners

Review: I dropped off 4 articles of clothing to this business the week of March 24th for dry cleaning. I was given a ticket and a verbal agreement that my clothes would all be ready by Wednesday, April 2. On April 2nd, I was told that my clothes were not ready, and the ladies searched around the business for each piece finally coming up with 3 of the 4 items. I was asked to please return for my 4th item, a sweater, a day later. When I got home, I saw that one of my blouses had ink stains all over it. I returned the next day and showed the ladies the ink stains. They then pulled out my 4th item and saw that it also had ink on it. The lady said she'd call the manager and they'd get back to me. On April 7th, I returned to pick up my two tops that were supposed to have the ink removed only to find that one of the tops had smeared ink on it and was worse than the first time. The lady said she'd call the manager again and try to fix the issue for me. The owner of the company then called me on April 10th to say she had to order some sort of chemical to clean my top and that someone would call me on April 12. No one called. I called today, April 14 and spoke to the manager who said she knew nothing about my blouse and would have the owner call me again. I am beyond disappointed at the run around and poor customer service that I have received from this business, its owner, and staff. This is not how a business should treat a customer.Desired Settlement: If the owner is unable to remove the ink stains on my blouse, I am asking for a full refund of the dry cleaning fees, along with an agreed upon price for my blouse as new.
