I had the unpleasant experience of talking with [redacted] from My First Piano. I had some questions about my contract that needed clearing up. I signed a 1 year lease with My First Piano in August of 2013. My phone call to them was made on 5/22/14. I had some questions about returning the piano when my least is up in 3 months. I was polite, but I was unable to even finish my questions before I was cut off with extremely rude, condescending, and accusatory remarks. He continued to raise his voice until I had to hang up the phone, because this man was pushing every button I have with his "um, NO, NO NOOOOOOO Uh-UHHHH, NOOOOOO that is RIDICULOUS, why would you even THINK that n-n-n-n-n-n-NO". Who talks to their customers like that? [redacted]? Jeezus, pardon ME all over the place...
Unfortunately it didn't end there. I then received an email from [redacted], in which he stated the full remaining balance for the piano was no longer due when the contract states, rather it was due RIGHT NOW THIS MINUTE, instead of August - which is when the contract for the 1 year lease is up. He went on to state that if I didn't pay the full remaining balance this instant, they were going to repossess the piano. His reason? He claimed he had a suspicion that the piano was no longer at my residence, and that I had done something with it... that I was trying to "pull something" I guess, and he stated that he would be SENDING THE COPS TO MY HOME if the piano wasn't there when they arrived. He outright accused me of stealing their property, and threatened me, based soley on his own paranoia. I have made my monthly payments on time since I signed this contract with them. There was NO REASON for him to speak to me that way, accuse me, or make threats.
