They have had my hearing aids for weeks!!! I was told by the girl I left my hearing aids with, it would be days! Days went by, we called, and told to business daysIt's been over a month! When we call, we call all the locations and the phones just ringThe girl I left my hearing aids with does not have a voice mail box set upShe does not respond to my emailsOnly responded to one stating she had been out of the office and my hearing aid broke during their testingI am very concernedWe called the owner today and he refuses to call us backHere I am out of pocket $and without my hearing aids

purchased somewhere else and refused the appointment. The agreement [redacted] signed states the return policy. None of the conditions has been met. [redacted] refused delivery. [redacted] has not worn consistatly for 18 days. ( See SuperBill) [redacted] has not been seen 3 times during that 45 day trial period.(See Superbill) The hearing aids are here in our office ready for her fitting. [redacted] purchased hearing aids $5990 and returned them after multiple visits to adjust for his personal use. The patients wife has an illness and he stated could not afford the hearing aids. The hearing aids were returned his money was refunded. 3/10/16 $5740. That is $5990-$5740=$250...

The fitting fee at return is $250. [redacted] has signed documents and already cashed the check that was sent. There is no further information about this return until we received this letter today.

This is absolultely untrue statements. I made numerous attempts to pick up the hearing aids. After the 3rd attempt to meet with someone to get them, I gave up. If the phone records can be obtained, this will be helpful. I can prove through conversation that I attempted several times and was told different excuses each time. After I had already looked into another solution, the receptionist at Hearings Solutions Plus contacted me and told me that someone could meet with me in the evening after they were through at another agency. This is when I told them I no longer wanted the aids and that I had sought elsewhere. I was told by Angie that the final paperwork had not been signed and could be signed when picking up the hearing aids. After numerous excuses and trips there to get them with no luck, I went elsewhere. I do not appreciate the company sending my application in with a signature that was suppose to be preliminary. I signed no final paperwork and I never got to pick up the aids. I made it clear when I first went there I needed these aids as soon as possible because of the work I do. They had several opportunities to make it right with me and did not do so until it was too late. I have since then paid out for new ones that I rec'd in a punctual manner. I tried to call this company numerous times and always spoke with the receptionist. Each time I was given an excuse about why they could not do it the day of the appt. I was told by Ryan that my aids were accidently sold by him and he would overnight some new ones. I ok'd that. I call the next day and no one knows what I'm talking about again and no one is there to answer my questions. I was told this each time I called. I am not going to fulfill an agreement that I did not finalize and never rec'd the product. I have since then obtained new aids and have no use for the ones at Hearing Solutions Plus. I was also told by [redacted] that I have to have a new audiogram done because the one done at Hearing Solutions Plus was not proven it was done by an audiologist. When I showed them her business card, it does not state she is an audiologist. When I tried to call with questions, no one could ever talk to me because they were either not available or the receptionist would take a message and NO ONE ever called me back about my concerns.

When we call, we call all the locations and the phones just ring. The girl I left my hearing aids with does not have a voice mail box set up. She does not respond to my emails. Only responded to one stating she had been out of the office and my hearing aid broke during their testing. I am very concerned. We called the owner today and he refuses to call us back. Here I am out of pocket $200 and without my hearing aids.
