My order was processed April 25th. I asked for a refund.
I placed an order for an eliptical for $349. I emailed them with no response. Then I left a message on their website. They pretty much just gave me a time frame of when to expect a tracking number. I waited, but still didn't receive a tracking number, so I contacted them once again, this time asking for a refund. They pretty much ignored me and just sent the same email they sent me last week.

Desired Outcome

I either want a full refund or I want a tracking number. I've waited long enough and have been patient, but enough is enough.

I ordered a*** Pro Trainer from My Fitness Direct. It arrived with the main central support structure severely bent. The trainer could not be assembled. I left several phone messages and e-mail messages for the company that have not been returned. You can imagine the anxiety caused after being charged $1800.00 for an unusable product and receiving radio silence from the company when trying to resolve the issue.

I would not recommend ordering any products from this company given the quality of the product they deliver and the lack of urgency they exhibit when responding to return and refund requests.

Ordered a*** treadmill. Although it said delivery time was a month away, I got the shipment the next week, and everything was in excellent shape. The price was much lower than other retailers, and I paid no tax. Very happy with the order!

I placed an order for an elliptical 3.31.20. I have not received any notification for delivery as of yet called, emailed and used chat.
I placed an order for an elliptical 3.31.20. They took my money instantly. Most reputable companies do not charge your card until the item you purchased has shipped. I have not received any notification for delivery as of yet. Order still just says placed and awaiting shipping info. It clearly says on their website that there may be delays due to covid 19 but says still shipping in 3-7 business days. It is now past the 7th business day and I have had absolutely no response. I have called and left a message, emailed and used chat module a few times as well. I want my elliptical asap or a refund asap or I am going to be forced to report this to my bank as a fraudulent charge.

I would like to have expedited shipping at this point. If That is not possible. I want my money back IMMEDIATELY!or i will report this as fraudulent.

I love my new Gold's Gym XR 6.0 bench. Their customer support was courteous, item shipped quickly, and I am a satisfied customer. A+ Recommended!!

Ordered Elliptical march 24 2020, haven't heard a word since. No reply to inquiries.
I ordered a Proform 520 Elliptical March 24,2020. the company said it would be shipped in 3-5 days and I would receive the tracking info. As of now I have heard nothing. After I week I tried to contact the company,My Fitness Direct, to get an update. I used live chat, emailed them and called directly, no response at all. I would like to cancel this order and use somebody more professional , even if it cost more money to do so. I would like a full refund of $629.10 as soon as possible. I will never use this company again. I could not imagine what I would go thru if its defective in anyway.. I have had bad service before but this is no service at all.

I placed an order on March 17th and have not received the package and there has been no communication from the company.
I placed an order, order #*** on March 17th for a set of dumbbells. At the time the order was placed, it was indicated that the item would ship within 3-5 business days, or I would receive notification that there was a delay. I have received no notification from the company. On March 26th, I contacted the company via "live chat" and requested an update. I was told that I should be receiving a shipment notification within 1-2 business days. This was already way passed the Original 3-5 business days but I gave them the extra time because of the current situation. 2 business days comes and goes and on the 3rd business day, March 30th, I reached out via live chat again. I wrote a lengthy message asking if there was some sort of update and I received nothing in response. I have since sent multiple chat messages and emails asking for updates or to cancel and have received nothing in response. At this time I would just like a refund as I've already been charged. I know for sure I will never ever work with this company again.

I ordered a treadmill from MyFitnessDirect, and I got an email that said the treadmill would be shipped in 3-5 days. The treadmill was not delivered. *** and other companies had the same Proform Treadmill in stock, and could deliver in less than a week. MyFitnessDirect has not delivered. I contacted them, and they emailed me and said that the treadmill would be available in 3 months, not 3-5 days.

I told them I wanted a refund, and nobody has responded. I have called them numerous times and nobody answers the phone. Nobody responds to emails either. I feel like I have been robbed. I am also disappointed that I could have ordered from *** and they would have delivered the treadmill. I made a big mistake by trusting MyFitnessDirect. They have no customer service, they are dishonest, and they are holding my money without any explanation. I want a refund.

I want a refund. I have no trust in the integrity of MyFitnessDirect. They are a big disappointment, and they have not delivered the treadmill, and do not respond to my emails or phone calls.

I bought a treadmill from My Fitness Direct and the email said it would ship in 3-5 days. *** was delivering the same week, but I got a lower price at My Fitness Direct. After a few days I contacted them to find out when the treadmill was being delivered, and they said JUNE 12, which was 90 days after buying it. That is also a lot more than 3-5 days!!!

Wow, what a disappointment. If I had ordered it from ***, which was about $50 more, I would have gotten it already. Now I am fighting to get a refund on my money from My Fitness Direct. I will never buy anything from My Fitness Direct again. They have totally disappointed me, and really put my fitness hopes and plans into the toilet.

Purchased a Treadmill online. My card was charged. A week later, I have received no shipping info. Reached out and customer service not responding.
Purchased Proform 5000 treadmill on 2/16/2020. Total amount charged to credit card: $1439. Website claims a shipping window of 1-3 days. Reached out on day 6, still not shipped. I asked about warranty info since it differs from Proform's website. I also asked for exact model number. Customer service via chat with owner Ridge is reading my messages but no longer responding. At this point, feels like a scam. I would like my money returned and order cancelled. I do not have confidence in purchasing from this company any longer.

Desired Outcome

I would like a full refund from My Fitness Direct. I would like my order cancelled ASAP. Otherwise I will have to go through my credit card company for a dispute.

My Fitness Direct's customer service is open weekdays from 10am - 6pm. The customer contacted My Fitness Direct via live chat on Saturday Feb. 22nd and Sunday Feb. 23rd. Their live chat was promptly responded to on Monday Feb. 24th at 11:19 AM. The customer's order was placed on Feb. 16th and shipped out on February 21st (5th business day). They received their tracking link on Feb 24th (6th business day). The customer's order is scheduled for delivery on Feb. 25th. My Fitness Direct has responded to all inquiries within 1 business day and has abided by our shipping policy. The customer has chosen to accept the order and decline the cancellation/refund. The customer was very nice and just anxious to receive their new and cool treadmill, which we completely understand. :)

I received a broken stationary bicycle and I tried to contact the business to get a refund and they refuse to communicate with me and honor a refund.
Order #*** purchased 12/11/19 for $1079.10. The item is R5i lifespan recumbent stationary bicycle. Delivery was done by *** and I paid for shipping but the shipping company refused to deliver the product at my house. I had to get my nurse to meet the driver down the road. When I assembled the the stationary bicycle it started making squealing noises. I contacted the manufacturer and they said that maybe it was damaged in the shipping process. I also made numerous attempts to contact myfitnessdirect via email, phone, and website. Ridge, who is the owner refuses to contact me back in regards to getting a full refund and provided me a full prepaid RMA number to return the broken item. I contacted the manufacturer to ask if they would get a hold of Ridge but they also had no success. When I purchase the stationary bicycle on my fitness direct.com website I financed it through ***. I contacted *** and told them that my fitness direct refuses to honor their return policy. Their return policy to specifically States 30-day full refund guarantee if the item is broken or doesn't work.

I want a full refund including a prepaid RMA NUMBER to send the broken stationary bicycle back

Order placed on 7/21/19. Order confirm said it would be delivered in 7-12 business days & product has not been received and no response from company.
My order for the ProForm *** Rower was place on 7/21/19 through the MyFitnessDirect website. I received email confirmation on ORDER #*** (placed on 7/21/19) that my order was confirmed and it would be shipped in 1-3 days and delivered within 7-12 business days. As of 8/6/19 (the 12th business day) no tracking or shipping updates have been listed on the website and no emails with shipping information have been received. Per their website, the freight company I have emailed the company 7/26 & 8/3 for updates and tried the chat feature on the website on 7/29 & 8/1. The chat messages have not been viewed and no responses have been received in my email.

Desired Outcome

I would like some sort of response to inquiries and tracking information on my product and for it to be delivered as promised. If I don't receive a timely response, I'll be filing a dispute with my credit card company.

I purchased a piece of exercise equipment for my wife for Christmas. I showed her the equipment on their site and she said she would not use it, so I emailed, and tried to use their 24/7 chat to cancel and get a refund. The equipment has not shipped as of the 28th and I reached out every day since the 25th through their live Chat and email messaging to cancel and get a refund. Their site states it will reply to either within 1 hour. No contact has been made at all on any day. I have tried to find a number on Google for customer service and they do not have one.

Desired Outcome

To contact me and refund my payment. They also need to list a phone number for contact on their site. Additionally they advertise fast contact through their web portal. They do not even try to reach back out let alone respond to their customers in the 1 hour they state
