My Florida Eviction

Worst experience ever had, Robert Wade who is the contact person convinced me he was the service to preform the eviction of a non paying tenant. Paid $848 and Robert started the process. After that nothing was done and had to hire a someone else to finish the filing. When I called Robert he started yelling and I could not ask anything he then hung up. Made 1 more attempt at calling with the same result. Do not use this guy. It caused me more stress than the bad tenant since my case was left in limbo. I also paid $200 for the damage judgement that was never done. Conclusion This guy is a con and crook save you money find anybody but this guy

I will start with Robert (Bobby). Dude is in the wrong business. He should be selling used cars. He talks a good (no, let me rephrase that, an excellent) game and sounds professional doing it. You know the type, can sell ice to an Eskimo. Long story short, he is in the business to generate money at any cost. He goofed up my court filing, cost me thousands of dollars, and now he is ghost. In addition, he didn't even render the service I paid for. So, one can get in trouble for posting falsehood in online reviews...so I have no trouble saying he stole my money. That is right, he stole my money. There is no nice way to say it. He is a thief, unprofessional, rude, condescending & arrogant. People, stay away. There are other alternatives, you just have to find them. In summary, you will either be disappointed, at a loss, or both.

Hired Robert Bobby Wade for eviction...total waste of time and money..incompetent disrespectful and belligerent individual..have contacted FL. Attorney General..under investigation..will proceed by filing law suit...stay far away from this firm..

Horrible service We hired this firm to assist with an eviction They were great before they got our money Then, they took weeks to do even one thing, never completed the process, do not return our calls or emails and refuse to provide a refund

We hired this firm to assist us with an eviction Boy, were they great when they wanted our business We submitted all the necessary paperwork to them to file with the court on 1/ It was not technically filed until 1/ The court issued a summons that this firm should have delivered within a few days It was not delivered and posted to the residence until somewhere around 2/ Their representatives and website promises quick and professional service What a joke We have used other services and all of the above generally took place within a week I have emailed and phoned several times and have received a rare return contact By email they were basically rude and state that their contract really does not provide any time frame My tenant has since moved; I have asked for a refund of some sort; at least the sheriffs fee but they again, in typical fashion, fail to respond I will be filing a complaint withe the Florida Attorney General Stay away from this one They have several offices it seems across the state all rum by one person, Robert W

Paid them 450.00 a month ago. Nothing done on eviction. No refund. Was told I could call back on the 15th of Sept 2016 for refund. No response.

I paid for 2 complete evictions and cant get them to even respond it has been a month and phones calls and emails go unanswered.
