I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
When I left the salon on the night of the 12th the employee who was working on my hair told me to leave without paying as the process did not turn out.  In addition to not being as requested more hair was cut than had been decided on because of the damage caused.  I offered to make payment at the time of service as was told to "just leave".I immediately contacted the owner to advise I was unable to wait to have the hair fixed the following week.  Originally she stated she was available from 10-4 and I responded I would try to get me meeting at 11 rescheduled so we could get it taken care of at 10 which she later stated she was unable to accommodate.  I was not willing to go to the same girl as the night before as I wanted to work with someone who had more experience as I didn't want to do more damage to my hair.  I have attached the email correspondence showing my willingness to come in on Friday to have it fixed.There was a 2 inch difference in length from the cutting her employee completed the night of the color from one side of the head to the other to get through the hair.  This was not a situation that could wait to be fixed.

I'm not sure I'm understanding the complaint? SHE has not paid for the service she received. I told her I was available to fix it the next day between 10-4 but did not immediately hear back. When she did get back, I no longer could as my schedule got filled. I did offer to also fix her hair the next week too! She chose to get it fixed someplace else. I told her I would not charge her the full price and her new total for services are $100. She still has not paid ANYTHING for the services she had done at my Salon. Pam [redacted]
