My Fun Over Louisville Reviews (7)

The Revdex.com ( a business, not a Court of Law) has been supplied information, by the party that filled the complaint, that this is a legal matter before the Courts The Revdex.com has no authority to make me dismiss my complaint or issue any type of action against me This is also the second complaint for the same matter by the same person that has been filled, for the same reason If the other party wants to settle this matter she can stop any online, written or verbal comments about myself, or any business that I may own and I will cancel or withdraw my complaint before the Courts I doubt she would want to save time and tens of thousands of dollars When her wages are garnished and a lien is on her house, she will wish she took this offer Thank You, [redacted]

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowI am not satisfied with this action because *** *** is denying his attempts to contact me through different devices of communication on 4/4/He has not addressed the issues whatsoeverInstead he is skating around the emails and text messages he sent me*** even sent me a copy of what he was going to file in Court if I did not contact the Revdex.com to have them remove my "false" complaint from I do not submit complaintsAll complaints I have made are accurate reflections of what I experienced as a customer of MyFunOverLouisvilleA business owner should not behave as unprofessional as *** hasI have submitted documentation of the different means of communication *** used to contact meI will not be satisfied with this complaint until I have a written apology signed by *** *** for his harassing and threatening emails and text messages. As well as a refund for my property that I didn't receive from 2012, I also highly suggest that he NEVER contacts me againI will not allow someone to threaten and intimidate meAnd since *** started harassing me out of nowhere after "months" then he should repay me for the cost of my property that I never received back from him in and resolve that Revdex.com complaint while he's at itMr*** should know that the Revdex.com does not process complaints that are not accurate and or falseAnyone who would like to see this documentation can ask the Revdex.com to review the screenshots and emails I received from *** ***All Revdex.com complaints will be viewable for years and will not be removed until then. I have provided concrete documentation of my complaints on *** ***He is the ONLY wedding vendor that I had a complaint with and for many reasons. Please see below for the text *** attached to an email he sent if I did not get my Revdex.com complaint from removedNoticed it is signed Pro SeMost legal dictionaries define the term "pro se" as someone who represents themself in a legal procedure without the aid of an attorneyI guess he didn't do this either? I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
Mr*** has not resolved my complaint. He will not send me harassing text messages / emails, take my property and then try to deflect the issue on my children by calling them “out of control”. Therefore, ONCE AGAIN I am requesting a written apology in letter format from Mr*** for harassing, threating, and not promptly returning my property. I would also like a refund of $from the property that he never returned to me back in that I did not get since my Revdex.com complaint went unresolved. I would also suggest that he stop contacting me immediately
I have provided proof/pictures and detailed list of items that were missing, you can find more detailed information in a prior complaint #***. There is a list with all missing items as well as my proof of purchase with documented photos from Facebook where he used my property. That complaint is the original complaint filed on Mr***. This complaint came at a later date after Mr*** sent me harassing text messages / emails. I was told by the Revdex.com to file an additional complaint due to his inappropriate behavior towards me Mr*** has proven to re-direct and make statements rather than resolve the complaint

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Regards,
Once again [redacted]'s response does not address the issues at hand. My current complaint is based on inappropriate behavior by customer service personnel, which is a complaint category of the Revdex.com. After a year and half with no contact with [redacted], I was bombarded with emails, text messages and a Facebook friend request to try to intimidate me! [redacted] should not use threats by intimidation to try to have me remove any complaints that I have had with his business. If [redacted] wants to have this issue resolved then I expect the following: A written letter of apology for his inappropriate behavior, a refund of 52.00 for property I never received back from my wedding in 2012 (this will resolve my prior complaint), as well as to NEVER contact me again. I will not be removing any reviews or complaints that I have about the business for they are factual and accurate descriptions of what I experienced as a customer. Any threats, harassment, or means of intimidation made by [redacted] will not be tolerated.

This is the second time this customer has addressed the Revdex.com about myself, first on or around November 20. 2012.   I have had no business dealing or no contact with her since prior to then.  Sixteen months later she comes to the Revdex.com to readdress the same matter, this time she only wants...

fifty four dollars instead  of several hundred.   How many time is the Revdex.com  address this ?   Can she file a complaint every month ?  What about if facts in the complaint are untrue, are you going to accept the complaint ?   Maybe she can file a complaint weekly about me until I give her so money ?

MyFunOverLouisville, since 2008 has done over five hundred events, had tens of thousand of customers it's to bad I had to waste my time this afternoon to deal with this matter for a second time.  We have done business with large companies that trade on the New York Stock Exchange, and with events that have had tens of thousands of people.

Mr. [redacted] responded on 5/6/2015 (below):
I spend $ 400 dollars per year on props for a large number of events.  I did not sign a receipt for her props.  In fact a large number of mine where destroyed by her out of control children, which is not a subject of this conversation.    Regarding her claim of her props, we do not inventory props (we bring about 100 to each event)  that we own and at the end of events we place them in a large Rubermaid tub.  We do not go through them item by item and identify them or try to figure out if they may belong to someone else.   In the case of Ms. [redacted], she should have had a person responsible for her property.  I did not sign for them and no member of my staff did.  Ms. [redacted] did not state which props where stolen and she does not claim that she say me take them.  Rather she claims they are in future pictures of mine, I may have props like those or purchased them.    In doing some 700 events the last few years, I can only recall one or two clients bringing props.   Since I did not sign for them, and Ms. [redacted] did not have custodian for her property and did not see myself steal the property, I cannot offer any money.     Ms. [redacted] claim that her pictures are of poor quality, you can see are untrue.  Her claims about my camera, printers and equipment are unusual, since she spent time at her wedding to study my operation.

The Revdex.com ( a business, not a Court of Law) has been supplied information, by the party that filled the complaint, that this is a legal matter before the Courts.  The Revdex.com has no authority to make me dismiss my complaint or issue any type of action against me.   This is also the second complaint for the same matter by the same person that has been filled, for the same reason.

If the other party wants to settle this matter she can stop any online, written  or verbal comments about myself, or any business that I may own and I will cancel or withdraw my complaint before the Courts.  I doubt she would want to save time and tens of thousands of dollars.  When her wages are garnished and a lien is on her house, she will wish she took this offer.

Thank You,
