I have the check and it was signed mygait.com, and they need to look into this further. I did not send the computer back because I needed my information out of the computer and they turned it off where I could not get my information out. I was scared to send the computer back with my information on it and they would not let me get it out.  And then they told me they would charge me for just having the computer and it did not even work because they turned it off.  I begged them to turn it on and they refused.
 
I had my counselor call and talk to them and they told him they would not turn it on, for me to get my information out of it.

Would you please send me a return paid label so I can return it to you and then get credited for the amount I paid for it?  If you do not send the label, than I will not be able to send it back to you till the fourth of May.

This is in response to [redacted] complaint against MyGait.
We are incredibly alarmed that someone is signing checks MyGait.com.  No check would ever be signed MyGait.com at our company, nor would anything be represented mygait.com.  Hence, it looks as if there is some type of fraud occurring here.  If you would be kind enough to forward to us the bank statement that you are referring to, we will do everything we can to help you out in this matter.  According to our records, MyGait has not charged you since your purchase of the computer, for which you immediately fell behind on your payments and opted to return the computer back to us. 
Thanks for your cooperation and please let us know if we can be of any further assistance.
