After six weeks, I have received my order and they also sent one additional fairy as a gift to make up for the delay Thank your for your help in this matter and this complaint can be closed.I did let them know by email of the receipt and suggested to them three things:1) that they add a phone number to the website2) that they communicate in a more timely manner about delivery delays3) that they set more realistic expectations on the front end when they know they have delivery problems
