To whom it may concern;
I did the original walk-through of the ***'s homeThey were a very nice coupleWhen I asked what type of cleaning they would like, they asked for a general cleaningIt was clearly stated that the general
cleaning included no extras, such as cleaning light fixtures, lamps, bathroom globe lights, louvers on pantry doors, floor lamp shades, and baseboardsI gave them a price and a list/brochure of all that was included in the general cleaningAs stated in this complaint, most of what was not done would fall into our deep cleaningAnd a deep cleaning was not requested by the ***sOutside of that, I feel like we did miss the table legs, a speaker, and window sills which are included in the general cleaning that they requestedWe will gladly reimburse the ***s 15% of the price of the service ($17.25)However, I did email *** *** and spoke with him about this matterI did offer to do a deep cleaning but he did not want to pay for itIf there is anything we can do for the ***s, please have them contact us and we can discuss this matter even further

The individual who is responding to our complaint did not address the complaint at allIt's true she did walk through the house explaining what they clean the first time she came hereIf you look at there ad on line it pretty much tells what they doIn is case, she did not see the final work that was done so she really does not know what a crappy job it wasThe two employees were at our hose for about an hourThe original, or first time they here it was close to hours The first time, we e mailed them and gave them a out for there cleaningThis 2ndcrew did not do anywhere near what the first crew didEven though the bathrooms the second time were done very goodThe rest of the cleaning was a sham My Girls may think we want something for this shoddy job they did, but all we want is what we paid for and what there ad on line says they doNow, she wants us to contact her, that "AIN"T" going to happen If they do not contact us within the next few days, all we can do is tell someone, if they ask, the experience we had If I would have contacted the Revdex.com the first time, this would never had happened, because we never would have used them after seeing the "F" rating Revdex.com gave themIt's still up to them

The two employees were at our hose for about an hour. The original, or first time they here it was close to 2 hours. The first time, we e mailed them and gave them a 8.5 out 10 for there cleaning. This 2nd. crew did not do anywhere near what the first crew did. Even though the bathrooms the second time were done very good. The rest of the cleaning was a sham. My Girls may think we want something for this shoddy job they did, but all we want is what we paid for and what there ad on line says they do. Now, she wants us to contact her, that "AIN"T" going to happen. If they do not contact us within the next few days, all we can do is tell someone, if they ask, the experience we had.
