Due to high demand, our challenge is to ensure delivery of our products to our customers and mitigate any issues that may arise with deliveries, beyond our control, on a case by case basis while in transit. Our ability to fulfill our customer orders and demands in a timely manner depends solely on the availability of size and style on hand. If we are unable to fulfill in house with existing inventory, we revert and fulfill our orders directly with our factory supplier located in overseas China, to keep up with demand and to ship direct to our customers.
As we accommodate our customers, normal turnaround within the US is 5-7 business days, direct from our factory supplier normal turnaround is 7-20 business days. USPS plays a vital role in our business to deliver our products to our customers.
As a result, we may experience delays while in transit which are beyond our control and will work with our customers by providing updates as they become available and answer any inquiries / concerns that may arise. Refunds and exchanges are handled on a case by case basis, directly with the customer, to resolve any issues. Our top priority is the satisfaction of our customers when ordering or purchasing from our website.
