My Handykey had not sent me what I orderedI paid for my order in AprilAnd I have been trying to get my money for almost months now! I keep getting the run around!

I would like to inform you that I received my product from My Handkey c/o E Commerce Fusion on Wednesday, August 17, 2016.

I have been ordering products online for years. I would like to thank you for your quick response. After I filed my complaint it appears I was receiving frequent and updated information from E Commerce.
I ordered an item on May 1st which I never received. On August 16 after several correspondences I was told "due to the high demand of the product I ordered it was out of stock". I was told they had the item in a different color that what I ordered and I could accept the different color or cancel my order and receive s refund. I decided to cancel my order and I've been waiting for my refund since August 16. After two weeks of not receiving my refund I reached out again and was told the person would put an urgent request in to the Refund Department and I should have a refund within 5 days. Now it's seven days later and I've had to inquire about my refund once again and now I'm waiting to hear the latest response and ultimately waiting for my refund.

Never received item, even after many emails and promises! Finally got a refund after three months and filing complaint with PayPal for a refund.
