I ordered a liver product for my dog who is very sick about a month ago and my bank was charged for it but I have not received it yet. I have called 5 times and left 5 messages and emailed them at least 7 times with no reply. I would like to just be refunded and order from another reliable company unlike this one. I’m very disappointed. My dogs health relies on this medicine. Customer service is ridiculous. I have not been able to speak with anyone for 3 weeks now. Only gave 1 star because their prices are reasonable but that’s the only thing going for them.

Review: I ordered a single item from MyHealth-Store.com's web site, a Solgar product called North Atlantic Kelp/Bladderwrack in May 2014. I paid for the product via credit card. When it arrived, it was not the correct product. The Solgar company makes other kelp products, but the one I needed specifically was Bladderwrack. I visited the company's web site to send a detailed note about this to customer service and reasonably expected an answer of some kind within a week. But it has been about 6 weeks now and I have received no response whatsoever. I paid them for a product which I have not used and do not need. The company was unresponsive to my customer service request.Desired Settlement: Please just refund the money I paid, which was $14.33.
