My Healthy CBD Products

I followed a Facebook ad for a free 100 dollar Home Depot gift card for completing a survey online. After completing the survey and thinking I'd get my card I was told I needed to buy 1 of 6 items to get my card. Of the 6 choices I chose the cheapest item which was a 4.95 bottle of CBD oil. So I gave my cc info and mailing address thinking I'd get my card. Then I was told I had to buy one item from a second list to get my card. That's when I realized this was not on the up and up and likely a scam so I exited the order form thinking I only lost 5 bucks. 2 weeks later I get a charge to my account for 95 dollars for my "subscription" that I knew nothing about. I called them (call center in India) and asked to cancel subscription and refund the $95.00 charges because I knew nothing about it. I was told a refund was not possible. I believe this is part of some kind of scam. Why would anyone pay 100 dollars for a free 100 dollar gift card????? I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told that none were available. She said she could give me a 60% discount on my future subscription! I told her this whole thing was misleading, false advertising and a scam. No response so I hung up. The number I called was .

I ordered cbd oil on line when I saw a well known figure (forgot name) said the product really works. I selected the sample order with only shipping cost of $4.95. I gave my credit card info, where to ship, then another product popped up. I wanted to get rid of the info on second product. I realized something was wrong, but could not cancel the order and it just went thru. I was not able to go back to cancel. On my credit card statement in May, the shipping charge for 2 items showed up. #1 lfe*healthy 8883402258 CA for $4.95. #2 fitshapecleanse,com 8664951685 TX for $5.95. I received in the mail a bottle of cbd oil and cbd Isolate (pills). I thought that was it.
In June's credit card statement, there were charges of $95.21 from lfe*healthy and $89.44 from fitshapecleanse.com. My credit card company notified me that those might be fraudulent charges. Said I need to cancel the credit card that was used to stop these charges from recurring. I was then issued a replacement card with a new number. Eventually Citbank credited me for the 2 charges. But now Citibank charged me again for $95.21 saying I received the product and I made an agreement with the company which is not true. I never received any further products other than the ones I paid for shipping costs. The tactic that these companies use is very deceiving and should not be allowed to operate the way they do. They are preying on consumers like me. This has caused me a lot of grieve to try to resolve the problem. Their products are very expensive, I would never order such expensive products if they were clear on the cost. I just wanted to try a sample. Please help, thanks!

On 7/17/20 I ordered a CBD Oil because it was paying only shipping. I ordered by phone from the website, I explained to customer service person that I did not intend on ordering the 2 other products, and that it was misleading because it shows other bottles of merchandise, but has a big arrow that uses up the screen that says continue with order, then it shows the other bottle and says continue with order. I did not press that I wanted them , just pressed the arrow to continue with my order. Then it asked for payment information. I filled it in, thinking it would simply verify my order and allow me to continue with payment. It did not. It added on the 2 bottles and charged me for all of it! There was no way to backtrack and change anything! I went back to the website and checked how this could of happened. Then I saw that if I had scrolled down I would of seen a small box to check if I did not want this product! How tricky is that! I immediately thought I was just ripped off. I also then read that they would charge $84.00 each and I would they would automatically take this money out if not cancelled within 14 days! This wasn't on the advertisement, I only saw it later! I felt mislead.
I received my order by *** on July 23. It contained the CBD oil, and the 2 bottles I did not order. I called the company trying to send the bottles back and argued for 38 min. to get them cancelled! I also let them know my advertising complaints. They finally cancelled it on 7/30/20.

I ordered CBD oil online the ad said free to try just pay shipping of 4.99
So I paid it then all of sudden another page popped up and said I would be billed every month for 96.00 so the following morning I called the 855 number in the email confirmation and asked to cancel my order. I thought they cancelled it that day but today 96.00 dollars was stolen from my unemployment account from them, so I called again for refund and after having a very long conversation with them they only refund me 30% of 96.00.I feel this was there mistake because I did cancel the month previously,I have medical problems that do not allow me to take this product as I explained this to them.
