Review: I was trying to purchase a product online. My healthy fitness plan attached itself to the website and I was unable to proceed with my purchase of my preferred product. I could not get by this attachment. My husband said it's only 1.95. Pay the 1.95 and move on. Having no idea this would lead to a 22.63 charge every month here after. I disputed the charges with my bank not knowing what the charges were for. Never having seen anything from this company. They came back with all this imformation about the transaction and my server information. This is a deceptive practice and if not illegal it should be.Desired Settlement: stop their website from attaching to other websites . this is forcing consumers to sign for something they don't want, or need.

Review: Review: The company did not disclose openly that when I signed up for their fitness website, they were going to automatically charge me $22.63 every month after the first 30 days. When I noticed the charge on my credit card, I attempted to contacted them immediately. After three phone calls of a minimum of 10 minutes each no one answered the phone or returned the call within 24 hours as was stated.Desired Settlement: Full refund and no further charges. It is my understanding that companies are not legally allowed to retain credit card information on file according to companies that handle credit card processing.

Review: I never bought the product the Myhealthyfitnessplan was selling me. I never even heard of the company before I started getting billed for a service I never authorized nor participated in. I contacted the merchant letting them know of the problem and they only reimbursed me for 1 billing of the never purchased product. If I did happen to accidentally click on a Ad for their product it should of warned me or sent me a confirmation on the purchase. I never received an email or bill telling me about a 30 day trial or that billing was going to start for a full service. I don't know if what they are doing is illegal but it is tricking consumers to pay for something they never purchased knowingly.Desired Settlement: I do want to be reimbursed completely (another payment of $22.63) and the company to be more careful as well as consumers to be aware of the problems they may face with this merchant.
