If I could give a minus five star as a review for this company I definitely would have!!!!!!!!!EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! DISHONEST !!!!!!!
My home appliance originally came out to repair the rubber around my washing machine in November of 2015, all was well ( or so I thought) and used my washer on several occasions, only to have the water leak out of the washing machine and cause damage to my hard wood floors and ceiling of my home because the belt used to fasten the rubber was not secured properly the first time around and became loose - ( this is January/ February 2016) Two technicians came out on the second occasion and it was determined( by the technician) that the belt was not tight enough and the job is really a two man job! Ok, I didn't create a huge fuss or ask for compensation for damage to my home!! I paid to have my floors and ceiling repaired!!! Fast forward to April 2016, doing laundry again!! After washing the second load, I notice the laundry closet floor covered with water - upon further inspection, the rubber installed less than months ago is torn / damagedEmailed My Home Appliance - got some two lined emails from David Gonzales asking for pictures to see if the manufacturer will cover the cost of the rubberSent the picture and the response was ( exactly this ) "Yea there not going to cover that Ii will have the part ordered" - me thinking ok good they're going to honor their service!! Great!!
Two days later, I then receive a call from Michelle to confirm pricing for the part ordered and cost to have a technician come out to service the machineSurprised and appalled, I told her that I was not paying for the part since I was sold a defective product and I was going to contact the Revdex.comShe transferred me to the manager Justin (just Justin because they don't give last names), who went into a rude angry fit about how it isn't there fault that the rubber failed and basically I could do what I wanted - call Whirlpool - good luck with that or Revdex.com, because it was not their fault That I could even use his name in what ever complaint I made and he is the manager!!!!! Imagine that!!! As a consumer, is this the service you deserve??!! In hind sight, maybe if I had received courteous service, Or if maybe they were a little apologetic, I may have considered coming out of pocket to pay!! But the arrogance and disrespect threw me of!
I'm sorry I didn't read any of the reviews here before hiring these thieves!! But hopefully I can save you the trouble !! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY SERVICE, THEY ARE DISHONEST AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Just like one other reviewer commented, I'm not sure how they're still in business I'm reporting this company to the Revdex.com as a matter of principle, but they will not be setting foot in my home again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Review: We contacted the company 5/** for repair to a dishwasher. They said they ordered a fill valve to replace the bad one in my washer. They missed two appointments to install the replacement stating that the part was backordered. I called their supplier to find they had three of the valves in stock. I called them once on 6/** and twice on 6/** requesting a call back to resolve the issue and never received one.Desired Settlement: I originally just wanted them to make the repair. Since they won't even call me back I would like them to refund my $320.95 I intend to pick up the part myself tomorrow and install it.

Review: I have a new Kitchenaid wall oven the broke, I called Kitchenaid direct and they set up the appointment with My Home Appliance, service is terrible and took them over 3 weeks to fix the problem, in fixing the problem they damaged my kitchen cabinet. They tried to fix it but did a terrible job. I have tried calling and no one ever calls me back. They also have not shown up for scheduled appointments.
