At this time, I have been contacted directly by My Home Tile Kitchen & Bath LLC regarding complaint ID [redacted] , however my complaint has NOT been resolved because: They have informed me if I can get a contractor to correct the problem with the drawers they will pay contractor They wanted me to get a contractor I informed them that I will ask someone if they wish to make drawer repairsbut people I asked informed me that they would ot because it is the builderrs of the cabinetry to repair damanged merchandise and they will not be responsible So I am awaitinga reply from more contractor Which I feel I should not have to do, It is the responsibility of MY Home to repairp or CNC (the builders of cabinetry) to make necessary repairs due to poor workmanship I am looking into filing a lawsuit if possible would appreciate your advise on next recoil of action Thank you [redacted] In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

On 6/**/our mutual client *** *** came to My Home Tile Kitchen Bath in order to select kitchen cabinets for her needsOn her first visit she browsed
through our available color and design selections and she liked ELEGANT NUTMEG SHAKER CNC selection*** *** quoted on kitchen cabinets for the measurements she provided to My Home Tile Kitchen and Bath and made a purchase
We welcomed her as well as any other customer and helped her through the processWe explained the whole project step by stepIn this process we carefully explained that we only sell materials, we do not participate in the installation processWe made sure our client understands that she has to hire a contractor for the installation or do it herselfMy Home Tile Kitchen and Bath recommends professional installation to all of its clientsShe was made aware of our company’s policies, which My Home Tile Kitchen and bath can’t be held responsible for doors, hinges or tracks adjustments also damages done during and after the installation process and that My Home Tile Kitchen and Bath will not accept any claims made after pick up or delivery confirmationWe made sure our client understands that she has to hire a contractor for the installation or do it herselfMy Home Tile Kitchen and Bath recommends professional installation to all of its clientsShe was made aw are of our company’s policies, which My Home Tile Kitchen and bath can’t be held responsible for doors, hinges or tracks adjustments also damages done during and after the installation process and that My Home Tile Kitchen and Bath will not accept any claims made after pick up or delivery confirmation*** *** agreed with these terms and signed her transaction receipt
December our valued customer contacted and informed us regarding defective doors and drawer tracksWe took the measure in hand ordered replacement partsWe delivered these parts to customer in the timely manner as soon as we received it from the manufacturerPlease note that My Home Tile Kitchen and Bath is not responsible for re-installing these partsOur company has done its responsibility and provided customer with necessary replacement parts
Therefore, we would like you to kindly dismiss this compliant claim against us

Yes, it is true My Home did discuss the terms, but they also stated that any problems I have to contact them so that they would contract manufacturer.  it took months for them to contact Manufacturer.  Now dealing with manufacturers they stated that My Home did not  tell  them until later this year that there were problems.  Both companies are passing the buck!!!   CNC Associate guarantee repairs, replacements or other options in their brochure. But yet now they are saying they send materials to MY Home and I only received the doors, and rails for drawers BUT not facing where cabinets are peeling off.   I will now file complaint against CNS since MY Home states they are responsible. This seems to me as a scan from both companies that probably work together!!!!

Review: Purchased Kitchen cabinets in July 2013. First cabinet doors welted and they replaced doors. Then drawers that are to be soft closing started slamming and the cabinet facing started to peel off. Since December 2013 I have called to get these items fixed. I was told that the springs or bars for drawers will be delivered to BUT not installed I would have to get someone to install. Yet when I inquired about the manufacturer's name I was given the manufacturers box who happens to be CNC Associates, Inc. and in the inside of book it states CNC will repair or replace , yet I have called CNC and was told that company I brought cabinets from are responsible. They are both shifting blame. (will also file complaint against CNC Associates)Desired Settlement: Would like facing fixed and dawers fixed. I not then a partial refund for what I paid on defective product.
