September 1, 2016 experience in our salon. We do guarantee our services and would have been happy to provide Ms. [redacted] with a complimentary redo service had she contacted our Salon Leader within 2 weeks of her service. Unfortunately, due to the amount of time that has passed, we are unable to grant Ms. [redacted]’s request for a refund. Our records indicate the amount of time between Ms. [redacted]’s check in and when her service was completed is 3 hours which is an average amount of time for a color service. Also, the amount Ms. [redacted] paid for her services was $144.93. The remainder was for retail products she purchased from our clearance shelf. In an effort to keep Ms. [redacted] as our guest, we are willing to send her a $100 gift card she can use towards a future product or service. She can accept via the Revdex.com or by calling us at 800-737-3535 by November 15, 2016. [redacted] makes every effort to care for our guests in a fair and positive manner. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. They do have there time off as it wasn't in September the incident happened it was Oct 1st. I called them and complained within the time frame. Also it took 6 hours for the service. My husband dropped me off at 2:30 pm and I didn't get out of there till way past closing time. I think they need to get there facts straight. I will accept the offer but will not go back to the same place. Hopefully the next one doesn't further ruin my hair.
