Review: this number has been calling me for three weeks straight yesterday the number called and left a message stating that I have a tax refund from the IRS with the amount of 2,600 they stated for me to call back to verify some information so that they can deposite it into to my account. I have two concerns first I didnt file any taxes so how am I been owed money and my second question is how did they get all my personal information. I tell them not to call my phone or forward them to my voicemail and yet they still call. then they would hang up on you when you start to question them!Desired Settlement: if they keep harrasing me I will sue them for harassment because its stressing me out and I want to know how did they get my personal information such as my SSI,phone number, name and address I feel like there stalking me and trying to steal my identity and use it for fraud. I would like to be paid if its possible for stealing my information and harrassing me if thats not possible thats fine I dont want them calling me any more and to get rid of my personal information thats really bothering me

Stated my debt would be offset from taxes.

Well as my debt continues to incur interest I am up for disability.

Then I'm given a #-to call that you never speak to a person.

Then call treasury to find out the student loan my husband has has been offset...

However-He applied for the student loan debt relief.

There was never notification to either of us.

My husband will be getting out after 11 years of service and we can't get a va loan.

This is ridiculous.

I want to file a complaint against the IRS for ill practice of business
