Thieves - I was told I would have my records in 6 months or sooner and to make my appointment at the consulate since there is a wait time of 6 month or more. Thank god my appointment date was set for 18 month in the future. After 18 month these fools still didn't have several records. Simple, simple, records. I had to get several myself, which means, wait, translate, and request apostles for each - which cost good money already paid to this fraud. They were also unsuccessful in a simple record correction which I have been successful. If I had waited for them, I would have been unprepared for my appointment. I requested an additional original copy of every record and paid for them. This detail is in writing yet they failed to complete. This additional full set of document was never requested during their initial collection of records, so I never received them- very sad as I wanted a copy to share with my family. But I paid them for this. When I requested a refund for their mess, unsuccessful collection, poor times line, and no extra set of documents they wanted to give a vert small discount. And said they were doing me a favor? They have still not completed the work or supplies the extra set. I completed all the work they say they do for the large sum of money you pay this crook service... Sad - don't use if you value your citizenship. And they never respond quickly, many times never at all, and when they do they either have an excuse, lie, act like its not a big deal, or they are too busy.

The $200 consultation fee is not worth it. I specifically asked for questions to be answered to allow me to gather all the required documentation myself. Instead they provided nothing more than what is available on their website (for free), they did not answer my specific questions and generated a proposal for me to pay them nearly $4,000 to do the work. I was very clear when requesting the consultation that I wanted a DIY plan. Emails requesting the additional information to allow a DIY approached went unanswered.

Bianca and James are both totally unresponsive to emails and inquiries. Do NOT waste $200 on the “consultation” which was minimally useful and provided nothing more than I found out on my own. Spent $350 to get my mother’s naturalization papers two months ago and have heard nothing, despite my emails requesting updates. Terrible service.

Spent $40 several years ago to locate my great grandfather's birth certificate. They came back with nothing. When I called them a fraud, they contacted me and wanted another chance. For another $40 of course. I have an Italian passport issued in 1913 and they cannot locate a birth certificate to match it. Do not waste your money.
