Hi Johana,
Regarding this complaint, the company opted to refund me after I informed them I had contacted you. They did not issue the full $228 plus my shipping costs to send the printer back - but they did give me a $169.99 credit on my card.

Review: Dear Mr [redacted]According to images sent damages to paper of that size are normal and they will not prevent you to print . Corner chipping unfortunately can not be avoided and you must calculate that risk . Resizing image to correct size and considering white margins around print will give you sufficient room for edible image print . We will gladly refund your insurance fee per your request , however this item do not qualify for replacement program . Review: I purchased a product from this company. It was sent to me with the wrong software. This company after the first phone call asked me to leave a voicemail. It was never responded to. I sent emails. It took over a week to receive a response. This product was completely frustrating and I will not bore you with the details unless you would like more....I received return instructions after two weeks of trying. After a week of the return being received by them, I still had never heard from them. I called and the phone just rang. You could not leave a message. I emailed and no response. This company has serious customer service issues. Finally after a week I get an answer from a gentleman named Erick. He says they had a computer issue and they would get my return processed right away. This has been 2 weeks from when it was received at their company. I received my refund with the shipping and handling not refunded and a $20 processing fee deducted from my refund. Now I am angry. This company sent me a product which included the wrong software and it did not work. I am out of pocket now $41 ($21 for shipping & $20 for processing). This company is horrible from a customer service aspect and then insulting by not refunding their customers for selling them products which do not work. I feel these are unfair business practices. I have emailed the president of the company and have never heard back from him either. I know this is a small amount but by putting in my complaint about them, maybe I can help others.Thank you for your time.Desired Settlement: $41 for the return shipping and the $20 processing fee. I received a defective product and should not be punished for it.

Review: On 9/10/14 I called the company, My Kolors, regarding a printer issue. I had purchased a Canon Pixma printer from this company for my daughters business of cake decorarting. She used the printer with the original ink cartridges for several months but upon installing a new set of ink cartridges, the printer failed to work. I was told that the ink cartridges were guaranteed for 12 months unopened. The new set of cartridges was purchased on 10/24/13 and opened and installed on 4/3/14 (less than 6 months) after purchase. Upon calling to receive some assistance on getting this printer to work I was told that the print head would have to be refurbished. Keeping in mind that the printer had only been used for less than one year, I would not expect that the print head should be refurbished although I understand that it had been used and then was not used for a few months. I have done repeated cleanings on the printer and have finally obtained a satisfactory copy though not all the colors were working properly. Since the ink was used in the correct manner and within the time frame of "freshness" I called the company back later in the afternoon. The first gentleman, Erick was very helpful! The person I talked to in the afternoon was very rude and very UN-helpful! I was told his name was "Michael" and spoke with a heavy accent. When I questioned his name he laughed and said that was his Starbucks name and he only did the cleaning there!!. Very rude!! I have placed another call and spoken with Erick once again on 9/11/14. I requested a replacement set of cartridges, free of charge, and was told he couldn't authorize this and would refer me to his supervisor who would call me back. I am waiting for this call. In the meantime researched the company and have found that they have lost their Revdex.com rating due to lack of communication and service. Hence, my complaint to you.Desired Settlement: At this point, I am only requesting a fresh set of cartridges for this printer. I feel it is the least they can do considering the time that this printer has worked appropriately. I would also like to request a set of the cartridges which have a sponge core in them. I was told that these are what should be used and was never aware there were different types and they had sent spongeless cartrdges which, evidently don't last as long.
