To Whom it may concern, This couple arrived at my inn and had booked nights. They showed up with dogs and had only paid for They left after the 1st night with out paying for the 2nd dog or the boat they reserved. She left a review full of lies in her attempt to be vindictive
because I charged for the days they reserved. I found no reason to respond to all the stories she told in the review. I sent a short email to let her know how I felt about what she said. I did not charge for the boat and the other dog even though my policy says that I can which can be seen on my web site. mylakeome.com This women is trying to hurt my business because I held a suite for her which she wanted for nights. I kept my end of the deal and held the suite for her and I expect to be paid for the nights. I was paid for the nights and gave them a break on the boat and the other dog which was a total of $plus MN state tax. I decided to take the high road even though she took the low road and not charge that $100.00Thank you Kathryn
