Thank you for reaching outAfter two other reputable contractors were forced to discontinue work for Mr*** due to experiencing harassment from the client and having unrealistic expectationsWe received an opportunity to Mr. ***, through his daughter's great experience she has had
with us, who we had performed work for on multiple occasionsUnder circumstances we wouldn't have taken the job because of the knowing the other reputable contractors and the problems that occurred with the client we wouldn't have performed the workBut, knowing Mr***'s daughter we made an exceptionThe client providing the complaint was verbally abusive to our staff and the owner on multiple occasions and put unnecessary strain on the project through out the entire jobJust one example of many, the client asked us to move a microwave over 1/of an inch, which if you know anything about our field, is completely outlandishWe completed the project and thought we were done with this situation until we received a call some time around a year after completion, stating that he had experienced a leak in the area we did workHe also told us that he hadn't called us first, and had overpaid another company who charged upwards of $600+ to diagnose and temporarily clear the problemAt any rate we promptly obliged the client and quickly came to his residence and made the repair and fixed the interior like it never even happenedHad the client called us first, we would have taken care of the initial diagnoses and subsequent repairs, because our company has it own sewer machine and cameraHowever he chose a third party, which would essentially void any warranty or reasonable guarantee we can offerWe find the situation to be very unfortunate, but there are some people who you can't make happy no matter whatWe will not be reimbursing for unapproved services rendered on behalf of the client or third party source.

But, knowing Mr. [redacted]'s daughter we made an exception.
