I did call Mr [redacted] and tell him that about the warrantyMy sister was doing work for him and to keep the cost down on the job I didn't up charge the plantsAlong with that he left town when the job was done and didn't return until Spring(months later) He has a ft over hang that doesn't allow for natural water to get to the plantsI have been having hart problems and thanks for your concernsRevdex.com had the wrong e-mail address and I didn't know about this issue until they gave me a phone callI told you I would replace the stuff and Mr [redacted] is rejecting itMy lawn did what it could to solve this issueMr [redacted] is the one saying NO

Along with that he left town when the job was done and didn't return until Spring. (6 months later) He has a 4 ft over hang that doesn't allow for natural water to get to the plants. Mike from MyLawn called and left me a voice mail stating that he had been experiencing some medical issues, but that there was no warrantee with...

the plants that he installed, however, he would be willing to provide the labor to install four other shrubs/bushes if I purchased them.  Considering the fact that this is the one and only time I have received a call from him in the three(3) since he removed the shrubs, I'm having a hard time believing that his medical issues are an excuse for ignoring numerous phone calls and not mentioning all his voice-mail content in his response to the Revdex.com.  I have absolutely no desire to ever again to do business with this man Mike or his company My Lawn.  I hope his medical issues are resolved or will be, but I have no desire to have any contact with him.  Thank you to the Revdex.com for giving me the opportunity to express my dissatisfaction with this man and business, with the hope that others will not be treated as I was.
