Response to complaint #*** A year old boy did paint that client's toe nails and he is a licensed manicuristHis license is displayed on the walls with the othersAnother nail technician did her manicure and there was one nail bed that was bigger/fatter than the other nine so she
painted it in a way to match the other nine nailsThe client complained and insisted that the nail technician cover that whole nail with polish and so she did as the client requestedAfter her manicure was done she asked the nail technician to remove the nail polish on all ten fingers and put on clearThe nail technician said, "Ok, but you have to pay extra because that service was already done."
