Review: I placed on order for a leather jacket on 11/**/15 (Order#[redacted]) and was told I would receive an email with the tracking #. It is 12/**/15 and I still have NOT received anything.
I called on Monday, 12/**/15 and requested to cancel my order and was told I would receive an email regarding the cancellation., but still have not received anything.
When I email them, I get a bounce back saying the email is "Undeliverable" and I have been calling the past 3 days and no one is answering the phone even though I am calling during their business hours. [redacted] can't cancel the order because it shows that payment is "Pending".
This is the worst service I have ever experienced. I can's get a hold of anyone.Desired Settlement: I want my order cancelled and I want confirmation that my order was cancelled. Order#[redacted].
