The customer is correct He was promised a call back in hours and we failed to deliver on the promise Of note: we were attending to the issue at hand before receiving the Revdex.com complaint.As with any complaint we ever receive, the matter has been resolved to the customer's satisfaction.Best Regards, [redacted] President

The customer is correct - we were not able to deliver the product in the promised time To begin with we made several attempts to communicate with the customer but did not know the customer had deployed from his station in San Antonio to South Korea As we were late with the product we offered a 100% refund (as we offer to every customer with a complaint) but the customer wants us to deliver the product so we are remaking it from scratchAs it is a custom and hand made product it will take time - we expect to deliver the finished product by the end of FebruaryIn the meantime as a gesture of our sincerely we sent a framed family name origin history (a $value) to the customer's parents UPS requires a signature on packages with high insurance value and they were not successful in delivery as the delivery attempts were made during business hours and no one was home The customer writes of his frustration with that but it was outside of our control To help the situation we sent a second framed family name origin package to the customer's mother's work which was successfully delivered Feb 9th.We still need to deliver to the customer the original orderWhen the customer receives the product he will still have our 100% satisfaction guarantee If he is satisfied we have done our job; if not he is free to return for a 100% refund and may keep the framed family history with our compliments My Lineage always stands by its Mission Statement of 100% Satisfaction 100% of the Time We make mistakes of course but when we do we always do all we can to ensure we right the mistake and do whatever it takes to achieve the customer's satisfaction.Sincerely, [redacted] President
