Hi ***.I did call and talk to [redacted] already, she did send to me couple pictures of her fingers and she said because she got shellac manicure from my nails shopI had explained to her that we always use high quality products like *** & *** GelAlso the pedicure we use the liner for each customer and I don’t know why it happened to her fingers, She is really sweet customer.I did tell her come back my shop and we will do free manicure & pedicure or return the $ that what she did pay for last six months ago.I really feel sorry for what happened to her fingers ( skin peel underneath of Nails edge).I will pray for her.Nice to talk to you and have great day ***.Sent from my [redacted]
