Our company policy for wrong sizes is listed on the website We offer 50% off another size or style since each garment is customized We carry many different brands of garments and sizing varies by brand For this reason, each garment has a size chart with actual garment measurements supplied by the manufacturer The product description for the garment purchased by the customer does indicate that it's a slim fit and to order up Again, we are happy to offer Ms Haseman a new size or another style of shirt at 50% off The original is hers to keep

returns or exchanges for customer selection of incorrect sizes, designs, etcor for not liking the style of the garment chosen We do offer to split the cost of a new size or style of garment We cover half of the shipping as well Again, this is clearly stated on the website in the FAQs and is also on the customer's email confirmation

Customer contact us regarding order placed 11/25/with dissatisfaction with his order. He was informed at that time any print quality issues can be replaced at no cost, we just require a picture illustrating the print problem. The customer is not required to return the item if they
sent the picture. Customer then stated the problem was that the problem is that the item had shrunk in the wash. We do not provide replacements for clothing that has shrunk. We offered the customer a larger size at half off. We'll cover half of the shipping as well. The original is the customer's to keep

I included a photo of the design. Does that look yellow or tan to you?? I am a customer who is not 100% satisfied and I think it’s poor practice for MyLocket not to make good on their promise of 100% customer satisfaction. t this point I just want a refund of all my money. I was well aware that the design was not dark. But not yellow or gold as they are claiming. I really believe someone grabbed the wrong spool of thread and they just don’t want to admit their error. I reviewed them on their facebook page and they removed my review, comments, pics I posted and blocked me. I wonder how many other people they’ve done that to who were dissatisfied??? I want my money back!!!! I don’t think that is an unreasonable request.

Hello,We have not received any voicemails or emails regarding this order.  Each order time/date stamps any correspondence received regarding an order as well as records any  time a customer service representative opens the order to view it.  the first time it was opened to view was...

this morning upon receiving the correspondence from the Revdex.com.  We do not have a return policy since each item on the website is custom printed or embroidered. This is stated on the website. We do, however, offer the customer a new size at 50% off.  We will cover half of the shipping cost as well.  The original garment is the customer's to keep.  If [redacted] would like to process a half-off size replacment, she may call [redacted] and any customer service representative will assist her.

You are contacting mylocker.net which is our website where you can custom design your own apparel.  In addition, MyLocker provides print fulfillment services to over 1,000 different websites.  However, we do not manage those sites or provide their customer service.  The customer...

purchased from [redacted].  They would need to contact [redacted] directly since we bill [redacted] for bulk print services.  We do not bill their customers so we would not be able to refund them.  We would suggest the customer contact [redacted] at [redacted].  If they do not get a response, we would encourage them to dispute the charge with their credit card company.

We're sorry the customer is not happy with her purchase.  We have some football designs with brown footballs and some with tan.  She chose a tan design which is what was provided.  We understand she feels the shade of tan looks yellow.  We do not carry yellow embroidery, only...

athletic gold.  She didn't receive the athletic gold, she received the tan as ordered.  Because all of our products are custom printed or embroidered, we do not accept returns or exchanges when the customer received what was ordered.  We are more than happy to offer to split the cost of new blankets if she wishes to choose a different design with a brown ball.  The originals are hers to keep.  She was offered the 50% replacements and a note was made on the order.  She has a month in which to redeem the offer.
