My Locksmith

Review: I was locked out of my apartment and found this locksmith on line. They do not list an address and only list a web site address. The locksmith quoted me a price of $169. He then drilled my lock and told me it would cost me additional to have the cylinder replaced. The original quote was made suggesting it would include the entire job. Of course I would want to have my lock replaced in NYC!! At this point, I had no choice but to replace the cylinder and the entire job cost $357. I have used this exact service in the past, and the previous job, 4 months earlier, was $225.Desired Settlement: I want this business to be held accountable for the unethical business dealings. They should be required to list their prices, honestly. And, prior to any work being done, the technician should be required to tell the entire price for the entire job.
