Where do I begin! This online boutique has three different names,addresses, and telephone numbers. Online you will see Luxe Boutique, when getting a shipment you will see on the package *** and when processing a*** an order through*** the name changes again to ***. I want to first say Tonya B is very unprofessional and has poor customer service that is needed to run a successful business. Upon initially ordering from Tonya at Luxe Btq. there was a problem with my order. I ordered a pair of shoes for $175 that ended up being too big. I contacted her and she said that she offers store credit that I can use anytime for items that do not work out. I mailed them back via*** with tracking and was issued the credit for $175. I made an order to use partial store credit for a pair of shorts for $69. I had to track down Tonya through email inquiring why I had not recieved the order and eventually I recieved them after doing so. NOW, I have a remaining store credit of $106. I tried to use the credit to order a dress for $109 on June 6, 2019. I had to pay the $3 difference for the price as well as $8.95 for shipping through***. I never recieved the dress. I sent several emails about updates and eventually she said just order something else. So I tried to use the credit again and guess what I still did not recieve a thing. So, after this time I asked for a refund for the remaining money. TONYA B in Memphis, Tn was very rude and started calling me a liar and a drama queen. This business is a SCAM because after not receiving either item since June 2019 that's all it can be. She has 11.7k followers on*** and I can just imagine how much money she has stolen from them as well.This is not an reputable business Luxe Boutique or whatever the real name is needs an "F" rating!

is not being truthful we shipped her orders and attached all tracking information. We have proof we shipped all orders. She's trying to defraud my company. All orders have been fulfilled. She has done this to other online boutiques.

I do not accept this response because clearly in my complaint I said I received the heels and the shorts after tracking her down. The problem ultimately erupts when she never fulfilled my order for the *** dress ordered on June 6, 2019 that I sent you all a copy of with my initial complaint on supporting files. Then on top of that she charged me shipping and the difference in price from the store credit and the dress. Which means you are taking more money from me and I never recieved the item. If she wants to say I received it why would she not send a confirmation of that. I will tell you why because she knows I am telling the truth and doesn't have one. In addition, you telling a customer from an online store to come to your house to see other items you are selling is crazy. This is 2019 you do not go to a person's house you do not know. I am not playing with Ms. B and I am willing to go to small claims court if need be over the principle.
Order has been fulfilled the consumer is a *** trying to defraud my company and name. See you in court
