them.I placed the order originally in September & received the order with no invoice or return address.October,my community suffered a devastating wild fire & the retirement home where I reside had to evacuate. We could not return to our apartment until December.We were unable to receive our mail for 3 months because we found shelter 50 miles away.Since Nov.,Dec.,Jan.2018,& Feb.I have sent the unwanted packages back to sender,unopened.I had hoped they would contact me to inquire why I was sending them back.No refund on my card.I am 93 & cannot afford this.I want them to stop sending this to me.I would appreciate refunds but if they are dishonest I suppose they will not.Please help me.

This customer was contacted and received partial refunds on our most recent shipment and asked for her concerns about not being able to contact anyone she could have replied to any of the emails that she received were called the customer service number located on the side of every bottleInto her point about marking back just returned to sender that's not the process for returning products for a refund return policy stated clearly on the website or she ordered and returning packages return to sender does not cover their necessary requirements to get a refund she needs to speak to someone there was packages of just being returned at random to a for filling the warehouse and nobody knows what to do with them that process was also explain to her when she was contacted by phoneWe actively seek to resolve any customer concerns or issues as soon as possible and I hope you consider this matter closed favorably

Cannot contact customer service to cancel free trial
I have called many time to cancel my free trial before the product was shipped and billed at full cost. I even emailed to have someone call me back or email me back to have the free trial canceled and I have not received a response. Just a couple days ago I get an email the my MyLyfe products have shipped. I DO NOT WANT THIS! When I call them, I sit on hold for over 20 minutes, I cannot reach anyone.

Desired Outcome

I want a refund of the recent charge and stop shipment of recent and future orders/products.

Refund issued.

I was wrongfully charged after returning product in original packing in opened.
I received supplements in mail and did not try or even open. I returned and 2 weeks I was still charged for a product I never opens or used. I called customer and waited 25 mins to dispute the charge. Customer service rep was very short and did not want to do anything to help or resolve issue. Told me I was unauthorized to return a product I never even opened. The day I received I put it back in mail to have it sent back. The part that really makes me mad is I'm sure package was back in their hands and still charged me. One note was they did cancel my account so I would not be charge here forward via email. Ironically rigjt after I got off phone with customer service.

I'm looking for a full refund so I can move on and stay away from these traps.

Feel like I was scammed about a trial of weight loss products.
Ordered and paid for trial but have received multiple charges on my credit card. Called and have only received 35% refund on second charge but never recall seeing fine print that this would be a recurring monthly charge. Got first charge and now found out that a second charge was just charged on my credit card. We are taking over $300. And to add insult to injury I did not lots one pound. In fact I have only gained weight.

Desired Outcome

I was these 4 total charges removed from my credit card. I contacted the company and offered to send back the unopened bottles for a full refund. Read also on Facebook about lots of others scammed from this company as well.

They have credited me most of my money back and my husband contacted the bank to stop payment on the Dec charges
They seemed more interested in giving me my money back once I mentioned I contacted the Revdex.com. They even asked what I would tell you when you responded back to me. I told them that I would be honest. So between our bank and my refunds I should not be out any monies except the"trial sample" amount.

seeking refund for product never opened or used and sent back
body garcinia was ordered may 1, 2017. I left for out of state emergency. Body garcinia was at my home when I arrived back from out of state. Meanwhile $79.95 of non authorized money was taken out of my checking account. I contacted my lyfe Jessica -supervisor only would credit back to me $46.97 on August 30,2017. June 16,2017 I sent the product back not opened not used to St. Petersburg 33705. I confirmed product was received by Adam on August 28, 2017. This has been ongoing issue and they owe me a refund of $31.98 that was taken out of my bank checking on December 5,2017. I get the run around when I contact them. They take my money and I don't have product or used product

They emailed me stating they are going to refund only $4.97. I replied back saying they still owe me $31.98 that was taken out of my checking account and that will then be the full refund. So no they have not refunded me fully.

I don't accept the response because it is misunderstood. Back to their last response they had not refunded me in full at that time. This matter was only brought fourth to the Revdex.com because they initially would not refund me after months and months of a fight with them. Of course I only expect to get refunded the monies of mine that they took and nothing more. I just now recently received the refund from them and that's to thanks to the Revdex.com for contacting them (MyLife) after my claim. Thank you Revdex.com for everything. And I'm not surprised that MyLife carries the F grade. Absolutely horrible!

I too was scammed by My Lyfe Supplements out of St. Petersburg, FL. I agreed to pay the shipping and handling for two supplements. Upon ordering, I only wanted to order one of the supplements, the Garcinia Cambogia, but I could not proceed until I also agreed to shipping and handling of the other product, Forskolin, which I ultimately agreed to because I did want the Garcinia Cambogia. Yes, that should have been a red flag there.....Immediately upon ordering, I went back through the ordering process to make sure there were no additional charges or autoship memberships that would need to be canceled. I did not see ANYTHING! I also looked very closely how to use the product because I saw originally that it needed to be used with Apple Cider Vinegar but alas, no information on that either. Nine days after I received the shipment, I was charged $79.95 and $69.95 for the two products on top of the shipping and handling charge I had already paid. I emailed and called the company but I was outside of business hours. When I did call back and speak to someone, (i did not receive his name) he was a complete and total ***. He said he could refund me back 25% of the purchase price which was $19.98 and $17.48. I thought that was ridiculous but I did accept the refund because I thought that was better than nothing. I then looked at the website again and reviewed their refund policy which is a total joke. Return the product within 18 days or purchase. It takes a week to arrive to you. I ordered October 7th, received 3:52pm on October 13th. So I would have had to return the product and had it back in the company's possession by the 25th of October. I've read in other reviews that this was a "try before you buy" type scam, then that should have been clearly outlined to the customer because it wasn't. However, if that is the business model they are going with, they are not even giving the consumer time to try the product. Regardless, I will never ever do business with this company again and would HIGHLY suggest other customers steer clear of My Lyfe Supplements as well.
