Wife signed up for a free trial. Billed twice for $89. Customer service said you have the product today but I didn't order or get any product. Ripoff.
My wife signed up for a free trial of Keto pills and paid $4.95 for shipping. Charged my debit card twice for $89 on August 3rd and September 3rd. She did not sign up for any monthly subscription. I called and finally got a hold of customer service lady who is very rude and said it wasn't her fault my wife signed up for this product. First she offered a 25% refund with rudeness. Then I argued that even if I did want the product since I was charged twice for it, I didn't receive any product for the two times I was charged. She responded I should have received some today and again I did not. She pro ended to argue and told me to check my mail box. I received no unwanted product and was charged $89.95 twice! The customer service lady then offered me a 50% refund on one charge but not for the second $89 and then proceeded to tell me I will be charged for a restocking fee and pay for the shipping back to them. Nothing but scams through and through.

Took free offer to try pills for weight loss. Never agreed to buying anymore. Charged me $129.99 for all three packs. *** card shows transfer.
I sent for a free product online, a Proline Brand of supplement for weight loss. The three bottles of product are Proline Keto, Garcinia Cambogia, and Green Coffee Bean. I have not used it since I have diabetes and my blood glucose level has been too high. Therefore, I have not taken any of these products. I received a second one after a month and I was wondering why they never notified me. In fact I never remembered getting thing online after my first free delivery. After the third package, I felt this is weird. So I called them and they said there was an agreement to go on subscription after the 1st one. So they charged me 139.99 for each monthly amount. I was never told how much it cost. The only paperwork I have is the packing slip that has 6/14, 7/14, and 8/14/2019. I'm customer *** order# XXXXXXX, CustPO# *** I don't remember what day I called them, it must have been about Aug. 23, 2019 when I found out they had charged me for all the 3 deliveries at $129.99 each. making the total almost $400. My *** Master card shows they transfered 129.99 under the name sprdietprdct.com. I found no company with that website. I didn't get mad at the representative until he told me the price. Sometimes I miss things because I have poor health, so maybe I missed something that was written small. That's no reason to trick people! I didn't tell me to return it. I did read from other people on other scam victims websites that they did not return the money. Very tired of crooked people doing this. I may not do as much shopping online. I was just scammed by the people who say they will give you a refund for computer services. Awful.

I feel like I don't want to deal with these con artist. So I dread talking to them to get a refund. I'd rather someone who knows how to use the right words and technique to talk to them. I'd like to see a copy of an invoice. They could forge that, so I really don't know. MY money back.

I am an elderly woman, living in Hawaii. I answered an ad, for a free product, for my skin. You only needed to pay shipping. I was charged about $89 to my account.ð??»The Radiance products were much cheaper online!!

got a free trail for $5. try for 30 days. after 14 days they billed me automatically for another month. I asked OT get refunded and they said no. I asked for my months worth of vitamins and then to cancel my account and they said no.

We gave processed the refund. Please note that the payments come through different payment gateways. We have to collect all the requests received within 24 hours and only then we pass them to an appropriate payment processor to issue the refund.
It also takes some time for a refund to be processed. It may be much faster than 10 business days, but we give the maximum period as sometimes some unexpected things may happen.

I either wanted the vitamins or the money back so if they will give the money back I am good with that. $75 + $84 was the cost. thank you.

The company keeps changing my credit card without my knowledge, upon contacting them they said they would refund me after I returned the product.
I have returned the produc And have not been issued a refund. The customer service representative disconnected the line when I voiced my concerns about the company being fraudulent and tricking customers. They tell you that they will send a FREE 14 day trial just pay For shipping. No where did I sign up for a membership that needed to be canceled. I never consented to receiving multiple shipments from them She claimed that I was only billed once when I was clearly billed twice in the amount of 79.99US dollars. Upon calling multiple times someone did acknowledge that I was billed twice. One for each product. Which was just an excuse for the company to bill me. I was charged the second time after I cancelled my account with them. Now I am being told that they need to receive the product in their warehouse before they can refund me. I have already returned the product like they asked to the address provided by the customer service agent. They keep making excuses to not refund me. They also claimed that they have no manager available to speak with customers. This company is definitely conning people. Why would a company offering a free trial send a bottle with 60 capsules in it. They say to take one capsule by mouth twice daily. That is 28 capsules. The second bottle instructs you to take one capsule which would be 14 capsules yet again they sent a bottle with 30 capsules in it. They know what they are doing. They purposely sent a full supply so that they can charge customer a ridiculous amount of money and say that they sent a full bottle and not a trial. They are misleading. Why wasn't a trial sized bottle sent.

Desired Outcome

I want a full refund from the company. And I also want to be reimbursed for the return shipping I had to pay to send the product back. They did not state anything in their website about sending anything back. Why wasn't a trial sized bottle sent out instead of a full bottle.
