This is a frivolous complaint The original phone call was placed on November 5th to come out and repair a list of items Mrand Mrs [redacted] need addressed as well as do an inspection on the RV to fix anything he may have missed, including installing a new A/C unit over their toy hauler garage area So the very beginning of this Revdex.com complaint is completely inaccurate Mrs [redacted] had her mother staying with them at the time I went over for my initial service call, in addition I went over a couple of days later to discuss some of the original repairs requested and she then asked that I do a kitchen remodel and upgrade some of her 5th wheels appliances and cabinetry to residential grade This all took place on the afternoon of the 7th of November I did not have a full estimate because I was going to have to sub-contract the custom cabinetry work, but I did have a ‘take-off’ completed for most of the materials, which is what they paid for in the amount of $4975.72, since then they have disputed $with their credit card company I assume it is because we gave them their a/c unit and all accessories the day we quit the job It’s really a shame that they have brought in management at the Southern Oaks RV Park into this with his lies Please go to Yelp and read his complaint on our company My Mobile RV Doctor, it is very different, now he states we are “preying on the elderly” We only did two jobs in their park, a small A/C service job with which the customer was very pleased, and the [redacted] ’s We haven’t performed any other work in there but those jobs Back to the point, Mr [redacted] ’s credit card company rejected his original dispute after we validated our work, we have all photos, texts, emails, and voicemails On Sunday Novemeber 8th, we were called out on an emergence call by Mrs [redacted] ; her mother had flushed the toilet prior to going to bed the night earlier and they failed to tell her they had a faulty toilet shut off valve assembly, consequently, the trailer flooded all night and didn’t see the damage til they woke up the next morning Probably 150-gallons flooded their entire trailer excluding the garage We were on our way to church and then heading to Corpus to run an errand and she pleaded with me to come out We changed our plans showed up and started helping with getting prepped for water evacuation Then showed up on Monday November 9th, to start repairs and assess damage Mrs [redacted] told me that tis took precedent over anything else and the money paid thus far to apply towards repairs as a result of the flood damage I even have the proof that [redacted] told me the approximate $5k was toward total amount he owed and will be glad to provide proof of that The main premise for his entire complaint is this He told me on the phone during the middle of the first week I started working over the speaker with [redacted] that he “has been paying insurance for years and has never filed a claim, it’s time the insurance company pays him back some money”, they asked if I worked directly with insurance companies, and I immediately replied with an emphatic “No”, I am very small and wouldn’t even know how to I made it clear that I work for them and whatever he does with his insurance company is his business and has nothing to do with me I also advised him that I cannot wait til he gets reimbursed back from the insurance company to get paid; [redacted] told me that would not be a problem, keep working and they would pay me and deal with the insurance company on their own The reason why he didn’t get an estimate in writing is because when I prepared anything for him, hedeclined telling me what he really needed was estimates/invoices one for the actual work and one for the insurance company with a padded amount, he expected to pad the estimate by $8000-$ I told him “Absolutely Not”, even [redacted] had told him to stop bothering me with it that I was getting uncomfortable and didn’t want me to quit the job They had their dogs kenneled and she told me not to deal with [redacted] anymore, she herself said he’s abrasive and hard to deal with, so to deal with her directly not him He never at one time asked me to stop working, as a matter of fact at the end of the second week of working on their RV, [redacted] was getting nervous because they hadn’t heard back from their insurance company She told me that even though they live in Houston, TX, they used an address in WY to register their 5th wheel in order to bypass an insurance inspection and pay for that She also said she was worried they would deny the claim, because the insurance company did not know they lived in it full time and that they did not have coverage for that I asked her at that point if it would be best to pay me for services rendered, and I’ll pause on my work and come back at a later time to finish the work once they have everything sorted out with their insurer She was so upset and stated she really needed me to stay on and work, there won’t be any problems with respect to me getting paid; also, they needed to get their dogs out of the kennel and had a deadline to get their dogs out because the kennel did not have room at a certain time I told her that I sympathized and committed to at the very least getting the living area and kitchen done so the dogs could at least have that area and the garage to work in, that I didn’t mind working with the dogs walking around There was no illegal work performed on his RV, and the living area was 90% complete at the time I quit the job The reason I quit the job, was because he was incessant about getting estimates from me As a matter of fact he apparently made a fake invoice with my name on it for his insurance company Everything in his complaint is a complete farce We spent nearly weeks out there losing thousands in other jobs, re-scheduling Dr’s appointments and other engagements simply because I was tying to help them, name Mrs [redacted] and wanted them to have their dogs back Since then we have done the following: A suit has been filed with them in San Patricio county for ‘Theft of Service’ in the amount of $JP6CSCause # [redacted] , The Texas Department of Insurance Insurance Fraud Division has opened an investigation into the [redacted] ’s, Texas RR Comm Complaint # [redacted] , a Mechanics Lien Affadavit has been sent and will be filed with TXDMV, and WYDoT, a ‘Cease and Desist’ Order has been sent to [redacted] for stalking us physically and online, as well as a protective order being filed again due to his violent verbal threats for dealing with Mrs [redacted] and not me Lastly we’re now filing suit for defamation It’s absurd that we are having to expend all of this energy and time on these phony complaints all because My Mobile RV Doctor would not conspire to commit insurance fraud with him and the morning I quit I was worried at that point about getting paid the monies owed for services rendered; just a partial payment so I could continue to work, Mr [redacted] stated he wasn’t giving me anything til he got something from me that he wanted (the padded estimate and invoice) for his insurance company claiming “You’re asking me for money, but you’re going to play by my rules” I advised that I would call and handle with Mrs [redacted] since she advised to deal with her He said if I called her that he “would kill me” Well, I called her asking if I could come get my tools, and she begged me to not listen to him, I asked her for payment and she said, they simply didn’t have the money but insisted that I stay on the job, I told her I would have to think about it but asked if I could get my tools and bring them their A/C She of course complied After I loaded all my tools I handed over the A/C and told her that I didn’t feel this was a work environment to conducive to me finishing the work She apologized stating she “was sorry I felt that way, understood.” Apparently she called Mr [redacted] and he blew up on her It’ll be interesting to see how [redacted] will produce all of these fabricated people that have complained about me when they are subpoena’d to show up to court, and it’s sad that the folks at Southern Oaks RV were thrown under the bus by this individual He presumes in all of his fake complaints under fake names then finally his real name that he knows anything about our past and/or experience or who owns this company I own it, [redacted] *** In addition, it’ll be interesting to see how things work out for them with respect to this investigation and how it will all play out considering we have all the evidence The one and only complaint (that we are aware of) in all the time we have been doing this is from the [redacted] s, we have an extensive list of excellent referrals from current and past customers and RV Park owners and managers In addition, it’s ironic he brings up the Chamber, and yes we are a member in excellent standing and very involved with them by the way I have no idea how to respond to his comment about why they would accept us as a member since it holds no premise

[redacted] is very happy to be able to respond to this inaccurate complaint brought forth by [redacted] ***s We will preface our response by stating that we have all texts and emails that we will be more than happy to provide the Revdex.com upon their request during their investigation to give as evidence to our response to this inaccurate complaint When they originally called around for a mobile RV repairmen in Rockport I believe they were hoping for a free service call We advised that we weren't aware of any legitimate business that provided free service calls We informed them that we had a service call and it also paid for up to an hour labor as well including any time spent estimating Not only did we spend nearly 3-hours with the customer and their rep from [redacted] , we still only charged the $service call Essentially they got nearly at no additional charge [redacted] ***s asked us initially when he originally called on his broken [redacted] 5th wheel if we billed the manufacturer directly We told him BEFORE we ever even were requested to see him that WE DID NOT bill the manufacturer directly Nor did we imply that we did As a matter of fact we made it clear that we DID NOT bill directly because regardless of what the manufacturers say, they do not want to reimburse under their circumstance They want it brought back from Texas to Indiana so they can look at them self We even advised they may want to deal with them directly but they insisted that we would just deal with the [redacted] and they would pay us and they would deal with getting reimbursed by [redacted] So much of this complaint has ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with us They bought a $80,lemon that had a multitude of problems We NEVER made an agreement to get all work pre-authorized by the manufacturer We are a small mobile RV repair business in Rockport with an excellent reputation No business like ours would do that Nor did we ever even agree As a matter of fact we still sent [redacted] to photos of all of the problems we ran across while we were there and photos of all work being performed and photos of all work completed just to be diligent on our partIt is important to NOTE: The [redacted] ' were in a very tight time crunch to get to Brownsville, TX and their reservation was up the very next day after the original call for service (before we even showed up) , as a result time was of the essence Yes the customer is correct in that we were initially called because of a broken slide He also wanted us to swap out a defective Black tank valve gate that had been leaking since he purchased new from [redacted] While we were waiting to hear back from [redacted] on whether or not they were going to send parts and when, the customer requested we start on plumbing When we started the plumbing job we realized that there was ALOT of water that had flooded and pooled up on the upside of the RV undercarriage membrane Their RV was nearly feet long and there was flood water trapped in the RV from the very front to the rear This took precedent with the customer at this point We even discussed scope of work, prioritization, and so forth He wanted water evacuated sources of leaks identified and repaired forthwith Our scope of work changed per the customer request, we dropped the membrane, there was nearly gallons of flood water trapped in the coach We fixed (I believe leaks) at or sources, the manufacturer did not tie up any of the 120V and/or 12V wiring plumbed underneath so we ( [redacted] ) had to do what the manufacturer should have done putting all the electirical back up underneath the frame so we could re-attach the membrane properly.IN CONCLUSION...At no time did [redacted] state that we were Revdex.com accredited We plan to become accredited this year, all we told the customer is that we felt like he was blackmailing us for an arbitrary amount of money in lieu of a complaint to the Revdex.com risking our good rating We have the text stating as such So for them to state that we stated we were Revdex.com is just FALSE.Mr [redacted] is not being truthful as well about his initial complaint with us and the amount he was requesting AGAIN WE HAVE ALL OF THE TEXTS AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST He requested a $2k refund, he had no real reason to justify either, other than the fact that [redacted] said they would only reimburse $1XXX.XX He just wanted the difference back so since [redacted] decided they would not reimburse Mr [redacted] was made aware UP FRONT of what our fees were and was given invoices with all the dates and times we were there working As a matter of fact he was there for about 90% of the time we were there supervising us over our shoulder the entire time So our time there cannot be contestedMrs [redacted] states that we called her husband a derogatory statement in a text, AGAIN WE HAVE A COPY WE CAN SEND At NO TIME did we ever call her husband a derogatory statement, As a matter of fact the text stated that [redacted] made a derogatory statement about Mr [redacted] , we IN FACT defended Mr [redacted] telling [redacted] over the phone that if he is being an A***ole we understand because he just spent a ton of money on a brand new RV that they sold them that is a complete lemon We were sympathizing with the customer and defending him.And lastly, the claim about $for tape and screws, this is completely false We spent hours on the phone with [redacted] while on site talking about how to realign the slide and how unusual and unique their particular slide problem was [redacted] even claimed they needed to talk with a "Production Manager" on how to tackle the issue after I sent him a multitude of photos so he could go over the photos of the damage and get back to me [redacted] NEVER got with the so called "Production Manager" and got back to us In the meantime we spent hours total on the slide at $99/hr, disconnecting pillars and gear cogs for Schwintek system and realigning so we could get the slide pushed in and they could leave the RV park they were in as they COULD NOT spend any more time there the additional monies (small amount was for material) Our hourly rate compared to other similar business in the area are up to $hour more than we us and most of which are not mobile We charge $99/hour for our RV repair and remodeling services and $125/hour for plumbing and flood services This has been our rate for years without any increases We are proud of our reputation here, we are proud of our Revdex.com rating, we are proud of how loyal our customers are We also understand that most of our customers are seniors on a fixed income As a result, our prices are lower than most in our area We cannot/will not apologize for what the market is bearing in this area It is what it is We also feel bad the customer [redacted] were sold a lemon by [redacted] their manufacturer They had to cut their vacation short by several weeks (from what we understand) to take their RV back because there were SO MANY OTHER PROBLEMS with it We don't blame them; however, their complaint and energy needs to be focused on their manufacturer at [redacted] or Camper World They sold this defective RV to this customer not us We did our job which was repairing exactly what they asked us to repair with no surprises We make it very clear to every customer we DO NOT bill warranty companies, insurance companies, or manufacturers directly We never have and most like we never will We DO NOT work for [redacted] (their mfr.) and as a result we do not await approval from them, we only await approval from the customer When they stated we "refused" to bill their manufacturer We did not ever "REFUSE" to do this We made it very clear up front it is not something we have ever done nor will do We hope they get their problem resolved with [redacted] and wish these people the best But this claim for $or $is invalid and our charges were made clear up front before any work was completed and they had not mentioned that they were on an extreme time crunch and had to leave the park only allowing so much time to address only SOME of the long list of problems that RV had Again, we have all copies of emails, invoices, and texts available upon request They should push this issue with [redacted] Regards,***

Mr*** *** is a professional liar, and fraud artist. Their is a case open with the Texas Department of Insurance Fraud Division into their attempt to defraud their insurance company. He can deny it all he wants but anyone can submit an open records request. We never stated there was a lien yet, but a lien affidavit has been filed and we will eventually have the lien on his trailer home; he knows it and that's why they are on the run. *** and *** *** have skipped town; currently Aransas, San Patricio County, and ourselves would love to have a physical forwarding address. They have only left these "alleged" Wyoming address and Katy, TX address', but they are nothing but an address, that's it. Not even for mailing purposes, The WY address is an address they used just to bypass an insurance inspection (again defrauding their insurance company) instead of registering it in TX . Currently, we are extending our search for the ***s to Nueces, then Fort Bend and Harris County.*** *** has since filed a phony complaint again yet under another name essentially stating the same phony lies, along with using another fake name. This one is under Taylor M. So far he has been and has used Jethro from Houston, Leeroy J, from Houston, *** and Nic from WY, now Taylor M. We are excited to see what lies he comes up with next, all of the phony reviews keep getting shut down; we encourage anyone of his aliases to provide proof of service. We have made everyone in our area acutely aware of who the ***s are and the fact they are fraudulent, lying, scam artists. He has stolen Thousands in service, we have proof of everything; he knows it, he is in hiding because him and his wife both are being served for 'Theft of Service' and now protective order paperwork is awaiting *** for Stalking. The Sheriff's office in all counties listed prior will all be notified. This person stole Thousands from our company, and then stalks us afterwards, then cuts and runs from town because we would not conspire to commit a criminal activity by defrauding his insurance so he can put $10k in his pocket. We will definitely keep everyone up to date on this matter and would appreciate Mr*** to please forward his new physical address where he is is living out of his trailer, the RV park and lot # would be great. Thank you in advance.Regards,*** ***

This is a frivolous complaint.  The original phone call was placed on November 5th 2015 to come out and repair a list of items Mr. and Mrs. [redacted] need addressed as well as do an inspection on the RV to fix anything he may have missed, including installing a new A/C unit over their toy hauler...

garage area.  So the very beginning of this Revdex.com complaint is completely inaccurate.  Mrs. [redacted] had her mother staying with them at the time I went over for my initial service call, in addition I went over a couple of days later to discuss some of the original repairs requested and she then asked that I do a kitchen remodel and upgrade some of her 5th wheels appliances and cabinetry to residential grade.  This all took place on the afternoon of the 7th of November.  I did not have a full estimate because I was going to have to sub-contract the custom cabinetry work, but I did have a ‘take-off’ completed for most of the materials, which is what they paid for in the amount of $4975.72, since then they have disputed $3692.97 with their credit card company.  I assume it is because we gave them their a/c unit and all accessories the day we quit the job.  It’s really a shame that they have brought in management at the Southern Oaks RV Park into this with his lies.  Please go to Yelp and read his complaint on our company My Mobile RV Doctor, it is very different, now he states we are “preying on the elderly”.  We only did two jobs in their park, a small A/C service job with which the customer was very pleased, and the [redacted]’s.  We haven’t performed any other work in there but those 2 jobs.  Back to the point, Mr. [redacted]’s credit card company rejected his original dispute after we validated our work, we have all photos, texts, emails, and voicemails.  On Sunday Novemeber 8th, 2015 we were called out on an emergence call by Mrs. [redacted]; her mother had flushed the toilet prior to going to bed the night earlier and they failed to tell her they had a faulty toilet shut off valve assembly, consequently, the trailer flooded all night and didn’t see the damage til they woke up the next morning.  Probably 150-200 gallons flooded their entire trailer excluding the garage.  We were on our way to church and then heading to Corpus to run an errand and she pleaded with me to come out.  We changed our plans showed up and started helping with getting prepped for water evacuation.  Then showed up on Monday November 9th, to start repairs and assess damage.  Mrs. [redacted] told me that tis took precedent over anything else and the money paid thus far to apply towards repairs as a result of the flood damage.  I even have the proof that [redacted] told me the approximate $5k was toward total amount he owed and will be glad to provide proof of that.  The main premise for his entire complaint is this.  He told me on the phone during the middle of the first week I started working over the speaker with [redacted] that he “has been paying insurance for 15 years and has never filed a claim, it’s time the insurance company pays him back some money”, they asked if I worked directly with insurance companies, and I immediately replied with an emphatic “No”, I am very small and wouldn’t even know how to.  I made it clear that I work for them and whatever he does with his insurance company is his business and has nothing to do with me.  I also advised him that I cannot wait til he gets reimbursed back from the insurance company to get paid; [redacted] told me that would not be a problem, keep working and they would pay me and deal with the insurance company on their own.  The reason why he didn’t get an estimate in writing is because when I prepared anything for him, hedeclined telling me what he really needed was 2 estimates/invoices one for the actual work and one for the insurance company with a padded amount, he expected to pad the estimate by $8000-$10000.  I told him “Absolutely Not”, even [redacted] had told him to stop bothering me with it that I was getting uncomfortable and didn’t want me to quit the job.  They had their dogs kenneled and she told me not to deal with [redacted] anymore, she herself said he’s abrasive and hard to deal with, so to deal with her directly not him.  He never at one time asked me to stop working, as a matter of fact at the end of the second week of working on their RV, [redacted] was getting nervous because they hadn’t heard back from their insurance company.  She told me that even though they live in Houston, TX, they used an address in WY to register their 5th wheel in order to bypass an insurance inspection and pay for that.  She also said she was worried they would deny the claim, because the insurance company did not know they lived in it full time and that they did not have coverage for that.  I asked her at that point if it would be best to pay me for services rendered, and I’ll pause on my work and come back at a later time to finish the work once they have everything sorted out with their insurer.  She was so upset and stated she really needed me to stay on and work, there won’t be any problems with respect to me getting paid; also, they needed to get their 2 dogs out of the kennel and had a deadline to get their dogs out because the kennel did not have room at a certain time.  I told her that I sympathized and committed to at the very least getting the living area and kitchen done so the dogs could at least have that area and the garage to work in, that I didn’t mind working with the dogs walking around.  There was no illegal work performed on his RV, and the living area was 90% complete at the time I quit the job.  The reason I quit the job, was because he was incessant about getting 2 estimates from me.  As a matter of fact he apparently made a fake invoice with my name on it for his insurance company.  Everything in his complaint is a complete farce.  We spent nearly 3 weeks out there losing thousands in other jobs, re-scheduling Dr’s appointments and other engagements simply because I was tying to help them, name Mrs. [redacted] and wanted them to have their dogs back.  Since then we have done the following:  A suit has been filed with them in San Patricio county for ‘Theft of Service’ in the amount of $9926.72 JP6CS4 Cause # [redacted], The Texas Department of Insurance Insurance Fraud Division has opened an investigation into the [redacted]’s, Texas RR Comm Complaint # [redacted], a Mechanics Lien Affadavit has been sent and will be filed with TXDMV, and WYDoT, a ‘Cease and Desist’ Order has been sent to [redacted] for stalking us physically and online, as well as a protective order being filed again due to his violent verbal threats for dealing with Mrs. [redacted] and not me.  Lastly we’re now filing suit for defamation.  It’s absurd that we are having to expend all of this energy and time on these phony complaints all because My Mobile RV Doctor would not conspire to commit insurance fraud with him and the morning I quit I was worried at that point about getting paid the monies owed for services rendered; just a partial payment so I could continue to work, Mr. [redacted] stated he wasn’t giving me anything til he got something from me that he wanted (the padded estimate and invoice) for his insurance company claiming “You’re asking me for money, but you’re going to play by my rules”.  I advised that I would call and handle with Mrs. [redacted] since she advised to deal with her.  He said if I called her that he “would kill me”.  Well, I called her asking if I could come get my tools, and she begged me to not listen to him, I asked her for payment and she said, they simply didn’t have the money but insisted that I stay on the job, I told her I would have to think about it but asked if I could get my tools and bring them their A/C.  She of course complied.  After I loaded all my tools I handed over the A/C and told her that I didn’t feel this was a work environment to conducive to me finishing the work.  She apologized stating she “was sorry I felt that way, understood.”  Apparently she called Mr. [redacted] and he blew up on her.  It’ll be interesting to see how [redacted] will produce all of these fabricated people that have complained about me when they are subpoena’d to show up to court, and it’s sad that the folks at Southern Oaks RV were thrown under the bus by this individual.  He presumes in all of his fake complaints under fake names then finally his real name that he knows anything about our past and/or experience or who owns this company.  I own it, [redacted].  In addition, it’ll be interesting to see how things work out for them with respect to this investigation and how it will all play out considering we have all the evidence.  The one and only complaint (that we are aware of) in all the time we have been doing this is from the [redacted]s, we have an extensive list of excellent referrals from current and past customers and RV Park owners and managers.  In addition, it’s ironic he brings up the Chamber, and yes we are a member in excellent standing and very involved with them by the way.  I have no idea how to respond to his comment about why they would accept us as a member since it holds no premise.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: WE are happy to provide a rebuttal to [redacted] highly inaccurate memory of the events that took place while they were working on our RV in Rockport TX. We will address the errors point by point and we also have texts and emails that we will be happy to provide to Revdex.com to support our rebuttal. When we called [redacted] we did not want a free service call. We understood up front that there would be a service charge for the call and any work performed. [redacted] was very clear about how much the charge would be. We might have asked if he provided free estimates but that did not mean that we expected the work to be free. We also knew that the charge was $99 for the service call – he charged us $107.17 (tax?). Also he was not there on that first visit “nearly 3-4 hours”.  He was there AT MAXIMUM 2 hours. We did discuss having him [redacted] directly and he did tell us that he did not do that.  However [redacted] asked us to ask him to bill them directly – which we did.  [redacted] also asked him to bill them directly to which he said he would not – to me this is a refusal even if [redacted] does not feel that it is. [redacted] never told us to bring the RV to Indiana – they actually told us to take it to the nearest [redacted] but since we were living in it at the time – they told us to call a mobile service when we arrived in Rockport. We were very upfront with [redacted] that the RV was under warrenty and all of the issues would be covered by the warrenty.  He told us he did a lot of insurance and warranty work so we assumed he knew what he was doing. [redacted] did send photos to [redacted] as he stated – we do not know how many he sent but will assume that the number he quoted (70-80) could be accurate (however we cannot recall him taking that many). It is important to NOTE:  We arrived in Rockport the afternoon of 1/19. We had been on the phone with [redacted] that day during our travel.  They told us to call a mobile RV service.  On Friday 1/20, we found the business card of [redacted] in the laundry of the Woody Acres RV Resort where we were staying.  We called [redacted] on 1/20. The owner stated that they could not come that day (which we understood) and he could not come on Monday but he would be there on Tuesday (1/24). We were scheduled to leave on Thursday 1/26 for Brownsville.  When we were informed by [redacted] that the repairs could not be completed by that time, we went to the RV office to explain our situation and to see if they could accommodate us another week.  They stated that we could occupy that space until 2/1 but then they had another reservation coming in and we would have to move. So we tried our best to accommodate [redacted]’s need for additional time but we were constrained by what the RV park had open. [redacted] stated that there was a LOT of water that had flooded and pooled up on the upside of the RV undercarriage membrane. However stating that there was “nearly 100 gallons of flood water trapped in the coach is TOTALLY UNTRUE!!. This would be approximately 800 pounds of water being retained in the underbelly of the RV which would have ripped out the membrane.  Also if this amount of water had been released into the RV park, it would have flooded neighboring campsites. This did not happen.  I know there was water under the RV but I do not want to hazard a guess on the amount – but 100 gallons is an overestimate!!We did tell him that we felt the leaks issue to be a priority because he told us that he needed to wait for the authorization from [redacted] to proceed with the slide repairs.  He also stated he felt the leak issues all arose from the slide problems. We did discuss the issues and we did instruct him to “do what he needed to do to fix the problems”. HOWEVER – we had told him that his work needed to be approved by [redacted] and since he did “a lot of warranty work” we ASSUMED he knew what he was doing.  IN CONCLUSION…….In the business card left in the laundry of the RV park, it states:          Proud Sponsors/Members          *Rockport-Fulton Chamber of Commerce            *Shriners Hospital          *Wounded Warriors Project                               *A+ Rating US Chamber          *US Revdex.com A- Rated                                     ... *NRA          *CCA TexasTo those of us in the general public – this could be interpreted that he is a member of the Revdex.com.  WE are not “blackmailing” [redacted] for an “arbitrary amount of money”. This is the most ludicrous statement I have ever heard. When we had [redacted] working on the RV – we said to him and to [redacted] MANY TIMES during that week that we were concerned with the amount of time that it was taking to complete the work.  Also, [redacted] would tell us that they would be there at a certain time and then not show up until 1 or sometimes 2 hours past that time – with no notification of what was going on.  And yes – we were there on vacation and had things that we wanted to do – BUT = is it not just good manners to inform your customers if you cannot be there when you said you were going to be there.  We did go back and review the texts from [redacted] and he is correct – he stated to us that [redacted] called my husband a derogatory name.  However, when we confronted [redacted] with this – they told us that [redacted] was the one that called him the derogatory name.  WHO DO WE BELIEVE????The owner of [redacted] texted us and stated “You figure out how many minutes I was on the phone and with my brake light – you let me know. If you want to file a BS complaint with Revdex.com which we have a A rating by the way, because [redacted] screwed y’all on your RV and your winter vacation plans I cannot stop you. Have a good evening” HMMMMM……..Our claim about $535 for tape and screws –  his statement that “In the meantime we spent 5 hours total on the slide at $99/hr, disconnecting pillars and gear cogs for Schwintek system and realigning so we could get the slide pushed in and they could leave the RV park they were in as they COULD NOT spend any more time there”  - does NOT mention that he had not installed the screws properly and when he instructed us to retract the slide, there was a HORRENDOUS noise that was the screws shearing off – that he had not installed properly.  He also told us that he would need another week to properly fix the slide. By that time we were DONE – and told him that we would just take it home and back to [redacted] to have it repaired.  When we got to [redacted] and they inspected the damaged slide, they stated that the whole slide had to be removed and rebuilt.  Even with another week – [redacted] would not have repaired the slide and we would have paid MANY MORE THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS. We are not disputing [redacted]’s prices for their services – they can charge whatever they want.  We are disputing the amount of TIME that [redacted] spent repairing (or not repairing) the RV.  Other people in the park kept coming by our RV and asked “Is he STILL not done”?  Also the people on each side of us commented that if we were not there to “look over his shoulder (as [redacted] has stated that we did) – that if we left, he would leave.  So we felt that in order to make sure that he was actually there that we had to be present. Another comment from [redacted] – “they had not mentioned that they were on an extreme time crunch and had to leave the park only allowing so much time to address only SOME of the long list of problems that RV had” – I am sorry this is so ENTIRELY NOT TRUE!! We discussed with him several times our time frame and when we had to leave and when we needed to vacate our spot in the park.  He would even go so far and to talk to Mr. [redacted] about when we were leaving and then turn around and ask Mrs. [redacted] what day we needed to leave – as if hoping to get a different answer. When we told [redacted] (on 1/31) that we needed to leave on Feb 1 and he should just put it back together so we could travel – he took 5 more hours to reinstall the uncarriage membrane of the RV and taping up the slide.  Just as a side note- when we got home and unpacked the RV to take it to [redacted] – we discovered that he had screwed through the bottom of the RV and INTO some of the items that we had stored underneath. We also did not pick an arbitrary amount – we paid [redacted] a total of $3011.51.  [redacted] has agreed to reimburse us $1100 – after stating that the time [redacted] was charging was RIDICULOUS (their words). We did ask [redacted] to complete some work that we knew was not covered by the warranty – tieing up the 120V and/or 12V wiring under the RV.  We were also charged for fixing a leak in the kitchen – Mr. [redacted] mentioned to [redacted] that there were leaks in the kitchen due to a fitting under the sink not being tightened properly – but he had fixed them himself.  [redacted] looked under the sink and hand tightened one more fitting and pronounced it fixed.  So Mr. [redacted] had texted [redacted] that he was willing to resolve our dispute if [redacted] would refund $750 – this still meant that [redacted] received over $2000 from us for the questionable work that was performed.  However – since he ignored this request – this led us to believe that he was smug in his belief that Revdex.com would not do anything about this complaint and if he just “rides it out” we will not pursue this any further. So we have reconsidered and felt that we were being overly generous in allowing this amount of money for the work he had completed.  So we have revised our amount to $1000 to resolve this dispute. – he

This is a frivolous complaint.  The original phone call was placed on November 5th 2015 to come out and repair a list of items Mr. and Mrs. [redacted] need addressed as well as do an inspection on the RV to fix anything he may have missed,...

including installing a new A/C unit over their toy hauler garage area. [redacted]; just a partial payment so I could continue to work, Mr.

I am rejecting this response because: The items listed by Mr. [redacted] are blatantly false. We appreciate the fact Mr. [redacted] has filed a court case (allegedly). We look forward to being served and letting an attorney handle the manner. We look forward to discussing Mr. [redacted] current business. At this time in both Wyoming and Texas there is no lien on the vehicle. At no time did we defame Mr. [redacted], simply stated facts all of which are posted on the internet and about our case. We never claimed Mr. [redacted] participated in insurance fraud like he has done to us. Again, we only stated our side of the complaint. We have filed complaints with TRC and they are pursuing an investigation into the matter. Having spoken with the Texas Fraud Division, State of Texas, they have no investigation file open or closed against myself or my wife. Our credit card company sided with us. We will list the outcome of the court case if and when it happens either in the complaint or opening another.

I am rejecting this response because: This is redundant. If he has filed a suit then it will be settled there and the results will be posted with Revdex.com when over with. This back and forth does nothing.

Mr. [redacted] is a professional liar, and fraud artist.

[redacted] and [redacted] have skipped town; currently Aransas, San Patricio County, and ourselves would love to have a physical forwarding address.  They have only left these "alleged" Wyoming address and Katy, TX address', but they are nothing but an address, that's it.  Not even for mailing purposes, The WY address is an address they used just to bypass an insurance inspection (again defrauding their insurance company) instead of registering it in TX .  Currently, we are extending our search for the [redacted]s to Nueces, then Fort Bend and Harris County.
[redacted] has since filed a phony complaint again yet under another name essentially stating the same phony lies, along with using another fake name.  This one is under Taylor M.  So far he has been and has used Jethro from Houston, Leeroy J, from Houston, [redacted] and Nic from WY, now Taylor M.  We are excited to see what lies he comes up with next, all of the phony reviews keep getting shut down; we encourage anyone of his aliases to provide proof of service.  We have made everyone in our area acutely aware of who the [redacted]s are and the fact they are fraudulent, lying, scam artists.
He has stolen Thousands in service, we have proof of everything; he knows it, he is in hiding because him and his wife both are being served for 'Theft of Service' and now protective order paperwork is awaiting [redacted] for Stalking.  The Sheriff's office in all counties listed prior will all be notified.  This person stole Thousands from our company, and then stalks us afterwards, then cuts and runs from town because we would not conspire to commit a criminal activity by defrauding his insurance so he can put $10k in his pocket.
We will definitely keep everyone up to date on this matter and would appreciate Mr. [redacted] to please forward his new physical address where he is is living out of his trailer, the RV park and lot # would be great.  Thank you in advance.

We have used them now two times and both times we were very pleased. We were referred to them by a neighbor and have since referred them multiple times to friends and neighbors. The last time was a plumbing issue where he had to do some plumbing repair and fix some flood damage. We knew he was busy as he's been in our park non stop lately, but since we used him before he was very attentive to our emergency. Thanks to all at My Mobile RV Doctor.
