Review: When I first met [redacted], the Owner/Stylist of My Mobile Salon, Inc at a bridal show I asked if her company was able to provide two stylists on location, to which she replied yes. When following up with her via email to inquire about contracting her services for myself, my mother, and 3 bridesmaids on 6/15, I asked her to confirm that she could provide 2 stylists, she replied yes (documented). Based on this agreement, I moved forward booking her company after specifically having her add "2 stylists" in the final contract. When she arrived the morning of the wedding she was alone. When questioned if another stylist would be coming, she replied "you only need 1 stylist". I also have written communication (documented) stating that we needed to finish no later than 12:30 in order to leave for the church. Myself (the bride) and the entire wedding party needed to get to the church prior to the ceremony to get dressed, get pictures/video of the first look with my father, and to record a video message to my now husband (paid photographer & videographer were waiting at the church). Due to only having 1 stylist, we did not finish until after 1:00. When contacting [redacted] today, 8/19 (my husband and I had several family emergencies to tend to immediately following the honeymoon), she first denied agreeing to 2 stylists and when I confronted her with the signed contact, said her other stylist was hospitalized that day. When asked for a refund of the 20% tip she received that day, she became extremely defensive and accused me of trying to extort money and continued to verbally assault me (documented) and insisted that services were rendered despite the fact that the agreed upon contract was not fulfilled. My main concern was having 2 stylists and this was communicated through the entire contracting process.Desired Settlement: $105 or 20% of services provided on wedding day ($525)-- the tip vendor received for wedding day services

In responding to your letter the issues are **. [redacted] Got Married on June 15, 2013. She contracted with My Mobile Salon, Inc. to do her hair and makeup for her wedding and also her attendants.

On August 19, 2013 [redacted] called me, very nice in the beginning, then asked for a refund for services that were rendered on June 15, 2013... She told me on the phone that quote on quote "if you don't refund me a portion of the monies, I will write bad reviews about you and your company. **. [redacted] that is considered a treat!!! I have witness to the phone conversation. From June 15, 2013 to August 19, 2013 over two months..she made no comment what so ever she had and issue.

Her issue now is that I didn't have my assistant ..My assistant was rushed by Ambulance on June 14, 2013 at 11:43 am with a kidney stone and had to have surgery. If my assistant was with me that day her pay would have been $10.00 and hour x 3.5 = 35.00 I offered to refund her for the assistant since she is so hell bent on it....lack of compassion for my 18 year old assistant from [redacted] just baffles me.

**. [redacted] also told me the priest was mad she was late..I called the church and spoke with them..she wasn't late..I spoke to the Limo company also, she wasn't late.

I don't appreciate **. [redacted] trying to distort me for money or threaten me or my company because she thinks was wronged.

**.[redacted], My lawyer has been contacted and is ready any day now to file a lawsuit against **. [redacted] for threats, distortion and slander.
