My Modification Loan

Review: Mymodificationloan.com took two payments of total of 1,500 dollars to help me with Bank of america on modification of my mortgage loan, they not respond to my phone calls or my emails, and when they respond a person name [redacted] also [redacted] they said they no longer work for the company. But they do not give me any other person to get in contact with. their wed size still offer services, I had email my concern to them but no respond. I hope you will be able to help me. thank you, [redacted]Desired Settlement: get my money back so I can get the help from some else. and make sure this company takes resposability

Review: I called mymodificationloan.com to ask about their program I heard on the radio. They offered a loan modification program which with some basic requirements (i.e. you cannot qualify for any other type of program) we could modify our current mortgage to 2% for first 5 years, then 3.5% thereafter. After meeting with one of the service reps, [redacted], the process was started. [redacted] had told me, and it was stated in the paper I signed, that if they fail to get the modification, the 1% fee (of total amount of loan) would be refunded, that would be $3500 in my case. As I noticied my loan transferred to another loan servicing company, I tried calling [redacted], as well as the main company number. I also tried email and got only 1 response but with no status to report yet. I try their webiste, it is disconnected. I tried the main company phone number, it is disconnected. I cannot get an answer from anyone. And I was just informed by my new loan company that the modification did not go through, and now I have no way to find these people to get my money back!Desired Settlement: I want the refund that I am entitled to as per out contract. First I need a contact number or email.
