First of all, thank you Mrs*** for bringing your perception to our attentionThere are several incorrect points you raised in your complaint
First, we have never charged and never will charge $for a full set with american/french nor
have we ever charged $for toes polish change with American or frenchOur original price, which has been standing since we opened in October of is $for a full set, plus an additional $for polish on American manicure, which does NOT include gel polish nor gel americanYou confirmed that when you went to Greensboro, the nail tech there confirmed that your nails did indeed have the American done in gel, a service that routinely has an additional cost above the cost of a regular set of tipsWe ALWAYS inform the customer of this additional cost before services are performedSo not only did you assume the original cost of the set of tips to be lower than the actual cost, you also had at some point agreed to receive the more costly gel productHypothetically, if somehow you were not aware of the additional cost, I wish you had voiced your opinion at the conclusion of your services, before you paid, so that I could resolve your misunderstanding at that pointAs a matter of fact, I am confident that no technician at our salon would had informed you of the lowered prices you quoted, which leads me to question whether when you called to get a price quote, did you call a different salon and ended up coming to ours instead? Nevertheless, there is clearly a misunderstanding of service costs that are not true to the actual cost of our services
Secondly, an acrylic fill in does cost $15, not including gel polish, cut down, or any repairsHowever, you confirmed that you did have gel tips and/or gel polish so it is no surprise that your services did end up costing more
Thirdly, the price of any services you may have received would naturally augment if you had your toes done as well
You state that you need a refundI would had gladly refunded your money if you had raised your concern at the time of services, not several months later, AND if upon investigation I conclude that we did participate in any wrong doing or misleadingHowever, at this point, several months after the initial services, there will be NO REFUND
If you are not satisfied with my response and feel that our prices are indeed different from what you initially thought, please call Kim at XXX-XXX-XXXX and I will be glad to email you a picture of our price list
