My Neighbor's Auto Shop

I took my car to *** S.about 4 months ago. He was to pull out the old engine to replace with another he was to pull from the local junk yard. Over months I was calling trying to find out the progress. He first stated he was waiting on the engine. On the next call he stated he was working on it and it would be prepared soon. I decided to drop by to see my car still parked in the same spot I left it in a lot next to the shop. Over month he said he got an engine and it was bad and had to get another. But when I dropped by he then I noticed my car still parked in the lot but now it is barried behind all these other cars that were not there before. He then said the battery was dead and he had to get a tow truck to pull it out. I ask how could that be when the battery was fairly new. He said he would get on it. Then once he worked on the car he said he did this or that and I asked why did you do any of that when the motor just needed to be replaced. Not this other stuff. Once he stated it was fixed which he never called me I had to call him. He took new parts off my car I had bought my self and I knew they were not bad. He said the car was fixed I pick up the car and driving down the road I had to turn around because the car starting smoking. I take it back he claimed it was some stuff needed to burn off. I take the car the next day had to take it back because it ran hot. I told him it seemed like the same issue as to why I needed a new engine. He takes the car keeps for several days then had to call again. He said it was ready telling me the problem was fixed. 2 days later I am back at Ross's shop car running hot and again I told him the engine was to be replaced. I had give him $650 in cash over this time. He then gets the car still replacing other part I had bought he is saying he replaced when I know that was not the issue. Get car back and this time car breaks down within 2 days and at that time he sent a tow truck to pick it up. Now 4 going on 5 months my car still is not working
