This has happened SEVERAL times and EVERY SINGLE TIME we have been guaranteed it would not happen again? On all prior occasions we had to compensate our own maintenance employees to clean up the litter from this company's flyers? I understand that a subcontractor was the trespasser, but that subcontractor was paid by this company to solicit our residents?
