Dear Revdex.com,Thank you for notifying us regarding this matter.  We confirm that this customer placed an 18-day trial order online for SkinFreshMD on 8/9/17.  As part of each trial order, customers are required to first agree to the terms and conditions, which are clearly listed on the...

website’s product order page, in order to proceed with their order.  These terms clearly state that the customer is signing up to receive a trial 30-day supply of SkinFreshMD moisturizer for the shipping and handling charge of $4.95, and that the customer will have 18 days from the date the order is placed to either extend the trial period or cancel the trial if he/she does not wish to continue receiving product. Otherwise, as is also stated in the terms, the customer will be billed at the end of the 18-day period for the full price of the product that he/she has already received. We show no record of this customer calling us to cancel until 8/29/17, 2 days past the expiration date of the trial.  By this point, the customer had been charged for the initial 30-day supply of products that he had already received.The agent who handled the call promptly canceled the trial accounts per his request, but declined to issue a full refund due to noncompliance with the terms and conditions stated above. The agent offered a partial refund as a courtesy, allowing the customer to keep the product that he already received, and the customer declined this offer.  During that same call, the agent ultimately issued the customer a 100% refund for his end-of-trial charge to the card used to pay for the original order, in order to completely resolve the situation.  It can take anywhere from 5 to 7 business days for the funds to be reflected in her account, depending on his bank.This notice serves as confirmation that the customer was refunded on 8/29/17, his account has been canceled, and he will receive no future communications from us.Thank you for your assistance and we remain available to answer any further questions or concerns.SkinFreshMD Customer Support

Dear Revdex.com,This customer was issued a full refund in the amount of $97.67 on 8/29/17.  We have confirmed that the funds were issued back to the card used to pay for the original order.  The transaction ID for the refund is [redacted].We recommend that the customer follow up with his bank to trace the refund.  If he has changed his account number, there may be additional delays that the bank should be able to help him with.  Thank you.
