To Whom it May Concern:This letter is a formal response in reference to complaint against My Northwest Home Team, LLCreferenced ID [redacted]. My name is Jessica C[redacted] and I work with an independent contractor, Rhonda[redacted], that works for me under my LLC at Greene Realty Group. Below is her response...

to the complaint:I have been a licensed real estate agent in Washington State for the past 12 years. I am currently a teammember with My Northwest Home Team at Greene Realty Group. On Monday, July 20, 2015, I met [redacted] for the first time in [redacted] in Yelm to show herthree houses. After viewing the homes, she selected one of the homes and asked me to prepare anoffer for her. Ms. [redacted] and I talked about her situation with her lease in her apartment expiringJuly 31, 2015 and her having to pay extra for the month of August if she didn't sign a new lease foranother year. She said she was ok not signing a lease and would pay the extra fees for the month-tomonthlease, hoping that she would be moving into her home by August 31, 2015. Later that evening,we had another conversation about her offer and I told her that her lender said she needed 45 days tocomplete her loan application, appraisal and purchase. The lender advised me that she would do herbest to get everything completed so Ms. [redacted] could move into her new home on August 31, 2015.Ms. [redacted]' knew that the lender may not get everything completed by August 31, 2015, and shesigned the offer with a closing date of September 4, 2015.Tuesday, July 21, 2015, I received the offer signed by the seller accepting Ms. [redacted]' offer.Wednesday, July 22, 2015, Ms. [redacted]' scheduled her home inspection for Tuesday, July 28, 2015.Tuesday, July 28, 2015, Ms. [redacted] and I attended the home inspection. At the home inspection, there were several items identified that would need correction and/or repair.Wednesday, July 29, 2015, I emailed the listing agent Ms. [redacted]' Inspection Response.Saturday, August 1, 2015, I sent a text to the listing agent to see if he had a response to the inspectionresponse. He advised that his seller was out of town and that we would do his best to get a verbalresponse. Later that night I received a t ext from Ms. [redacted] advising that she was no longerinterested in purchasing the home. She also told me that she was going to go to a lawyer to discuss thesituation. I told her that I would send her the paperwork the next day to sign so she would be releasedfrom the contract.
Sunday, August 2, 2015, I sent Ms. [redacted] the inspection notice to terminate the contract. Later thatmorning I received an email from the listing agent that the seller would agree to all the inspection itemsexcept one item. I relayed this information to Ms. [redacted] through a telephone call. I talked to Ms.[redacted] for nearly 45 minutes counseling her on her options on whether or not to go through with thepurc[redacted] of the home and at the end of the conversation, she told me she was still unsure. We talkedabout the how much the HOA dues were and the cost of the water. The seller did not provide any ofthis information in the Seller's Disclosure Statement, so I looked it up on another listing in [redacted].also advised Ms. [redacted] that if she really wanted the correct information, she should contact the[redacted] Homeowners' Association. Ms. [redacted] also told me that this was the second home in thepast few months that she tried to buy. She further advised me that I was the fifth real estate agent thatshe had worked with in the past couple of months.Monday, August 3, 2015, Ms. [redacted] called me very upset, yelling at me saying that she didn't wantto buy the house and that it was my fault that she didn't sign a new lease at the lower monthly rate andthat she was out several hundreds of dollars because of the what the real estate agents did to her.Later that day I received the seller's official response to the inspection notice where he agreed to fix allrequested items but one. I relayed that information to Ms. [redacted].Tuesday, August 4, 2015, that morning Ms. [redacted] returned the inspection notice saying that shewanted to terminate the contract. I sent it on to the listing agent. After several emails and phone callswith the listing agent, the seller agreed to do everything Ms. [redacted] requested in the inspectionresponse. Ms. [redacted] then agreed to go forward with purchasing the home.Wednesday, August 5, 2015, I received the signed off inspection response and advised Ms. [redacted]that the lender was going to do everything possible to get her into her home by August 31, 2015,however, several days had been lost due to the negotiating of the inspection items.Monday, August 10, 2015, I was notified by my managing broker that Ms. [redacted] had filed acomplaint against me.Ms. [redacted] is still purchasing this home and will not be left without a home as she stated in herletter. Please let me know if you have further questions.Regards,Jessica C[redacted]Northwest Home Team - Greene Realty Group[redacted]@greenerealty.com([redacted], Realtor, [redacted])
