Once we received the item we refunded the money immediatelyWe also tried to resolve the problemdifferently and replied immediately to the clients complain about the colorWe did everything we thought isprofessional to resolve the issueI have attached the customers original complain and our
replyAfter that the customercalled us names on the phone I’ll not repeatI’m not sure why she got so upset about some envelopesLike I saidwe serve about 3,clients and try our best to match customer requests as close as possibleSince we have a return rate of aboutin 1,we think we are in pretty good shapeOnce in a while a customers has something else in mind or looks at thingsdifferently and we aren’t able to meet those high expectationsWe are aware of that and refund every penny backSinceit occurs very rarely we are perfectly fine with that.Thanks you for understandingThis particular claim is unpleasant for us, but we try do deal with it professionally and just let it go. The claim has no substance for us and if the client feels better after writing you guys at the Revdex.com - so be it

I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does satisfy my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint #[redacted], as the refund was finally received to our account.  I would like to state the the refund was not given until after this complaint was placed, and I never spoke on the phone with Mr. [redacted], or anyone from MyOfferingEnvelopes.  Those statements further demonstrate the dishonesty and unprofessional nature of this business.  I hope that will reflect on their Revdex.com rating as this is certainly a 'buyer-beware' situation.  I understand that by choosing to accept the business response that my complaint will be closed as resolved.
