[redacted] came to the office on 06/**/2017 where she had her eye examined and glasses picked. She left $ 70.00 deposit. She was also told to bring more deposit because $ 70.00 was too little for us to start working on her job. Total of her purchase was $ 800.00 ($400.00 frame and $500.00...

After making couple of trips and paying little by little [redacted] decided that she doesn't want the frame anymore, and wanted us to put the lenses that she ordered from us, My Optician inc into the frame she was going to bring. I'm [redacted], personally spoke to [redacted] and her daughter couple of times. Try to explain the risk they taking by using the different size of the frame from the one she originally chose. As soon as they, [redacted] and her daughter confirmed that they have no problem in case of something will go wrong - with either the frame they brought nor with lenses they purchased from My Optician inc, the glasses were made and dispensed to [redacted] right away.None of the statements from [redacted] such as : our doctor was supposed to call or no one knows where the glasses are, were true.[redacted] received professional, excellent service and great quality lenses from us.Thank you,[redacted].

Review: On july *, 2014 I went to a local eye care center called my optician to collect a pair of glasses I ordered from them. I had specifically told them I wanted the lens to be at a specific magnification. When I received the glasses, the strength of the magnification was stronger than what I needed it to be and I informed the workers at my optician of the problem. I Was then told by the manager named Mark that I should take the glasses home and wear them for a day. So I did, but it didn't help. they the lens were just too strong. The next day I went back to my optician and returned the glasses but never got a receipt. About a year later sometime in may of 2015 I receive a phone call from synchrony bank who has been working with my optician to collect a debt on the glasses I returned. I was puzzled as to how I can owe a debt to them for an item I returned and no longer have. I have been trying to explain to synchrony bank that I do not have the glasses and they were returned, but they keep saying that we owe them the cost of the glasses which was $450 dollars. I have been calling my optician and speaking to mark who keeps telling me that he has no records of when the glasses were returned and that theres nothing my optician can do about the situation. so now synchrony bank keeps harassing me about the bill.Desired Settlement: I would simply like the balance to be zero. I should not have to pay money for a product that I returned the day after I received it.
