Dear ***,The manager of the Canton studio, Tina F [redacted] , AND one of our trainers have assured me they were present when [redacted] stopped in the studio [redacted] is correct when she said it is not Tina's business where she works, and we apologize for askingShe, however, was aware of studio hours when she enrolledI'm sorry she cannot find the time to work-outIf her residence has changed, she will need to request moving documents by [email protected] by email, or mail a request for moving documents to:My Personal Trainer, IncSuite #310, North Canton, Ohio, 44720-I have no idea what [redacted] is referring to in "seeing results in days"This is preposterous! It takes hard work and dedication over a period of months, NOTDAYS!! We are not a "quick fix, so I can attend a wedding then cancel" type of facility, which has occured in this instanceWe do not nownor ever, have guaranteed results, nor have offered cancellations, other than those mandated by the laws of the State of Ohio which include, death, moving miles from ANYsimilar facility, or being rendered permanentlydisabled [redacted] was fully aware of our hours when she enrolledOur program was fully explained before she enrolled and she has full cancellation rights, but only as provided by the state of OhioShe may wish to contact the Attorney General to submit a request to change the laws concerning Pre-Paid Entertainment Contracts, if she choses to do so.These laws have been in place for years and govern all gyms, martial arts, dance studios, palates, yoga studios and personal training studios, and other service businessesWe do not write the laws, only abide by themAll our trainers are extremely knowledgeable, caring and accommodating [redacted] may call the studio to make an appointment @ 330-492-to continue her program until her request for cancellation is reviewed and all required documents are receivedAny fees paid will be pro-rated to the date of her move She will be treated, as all our clients are, in a professional, helpful and friendly manner.Thank you,Sandy StoneClient Services

This response is concerning complaint [redacted] For the protection of the client's privacy, as the complaints and our response may be placed online I will refer to him as [redacted] enrolled December 1, He signed a year contract He was absolutely not coercedThe contract is not lengthy, and was signed by ***, in places [redacted] was making great progress, as shown by his public posts on social mediaHis monthly payments were lowered, approximately $per monthAs far as his "results" are concerned, he was "very pleased" with his results, until he joined another facility totally against our directionWe produce awesome results with working out just minutes twice per weekOur prices our incredible, as well, as we charge less per month, than some trainers charge per session.All of our programs that are not pre-paid are handled by [redacted] FinancialThey do make phone calls, and or text, send emails, or use any legal means possible to collect when an account is delinquent [redacted] was told, by the manager, at this location, that contracts are not cancelable, unless, of course client is disabled or have moved miles or more from any locationI request this case be closed, as we have resolved it amicably with ***He told the manager that he will contact you to have this case closed If he doesn't follow through with contacting you, I will fax social media evidence supporting our case.Thank you, [redacted] ient Services

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I am not sure why they insist that Tina was there when I went in to talk to someone about canceling- because she was notIf she was there when I stopped she would not have had any reason to CALL meAnother trainer was there yes- but not Tina and they could not answer my questions about cancelingIf Tina was there then why did another trainer take my phone number down with a message to call me if Tina was thereI would like proof that proves Tina was thereUntil then the dishonesty of this company speaks for itself and there is no way that I will return or stand by ideally if friends or family mentions becoming a member hereI cannot believe that you would still force someone to remain in contract after you have already lied about the whereabouts of your employeesAnd the days that I was referring to was the cancellation policy that you can cancel in days- but who is ever going to see results and know that they are happy with the gym in that short of time I will not be continuing my workouts here, as the whole company now has a very poor ethical standard impression on me, and I will be sure to tell all my friends and family about my terrible experience Regards, [redacted]

Each time I reached out to the company I gave them a heads up of times I was planning on relocating due to my boyfriend getting calls for different *** teams, in which never worked out for him which is why I stayed in Canton OhioNor do I think it is their business for my reasonings of not beingSo for her to say she did me a "favor" is so ridiculousShe is still trying to collect additional moniesI have NO ISSUE paying for my time I used the canton studioA studio that is miles away from my home which is about 25-mins, I will not be making that driveI do not have any late fees because I paid the studio at the canton location on time every month*** who was the trainer took my paymentsThe studio was ALSO supposed to take money off of my contract due to referring someone and that NEVER happenedSo again another LIE! Outside of May payment, I will not make any additional paymentsI also have every communication from *** and her husband [redacted] and their rude ways of communicating with peopleNot to mention their son [redacted] who is a trainer at the green studio, so rude and calls customers the "B" word when things arent his way!
