Got my phone fixed by them and two months later my phone screen separated and my battery kept overheating. I was told by *** that it was improperly installed. I went back to the store and associates didn’t honor their lifetime warranty because of a crack on my phone that *** even determined wasn’t a crack and deemed that my phone didn’t have any damage. I went to another repair store who informed me that I also didn’t have any screws in my phone at the bottom when I let My Phillie Wireless know that told me I did it or the other store. They told me they would check the cameras which they didn’t because they were waiting on the manager. They lied about the owner’s name as well when I informed them that my mother who is a lawyer would be taking legal action.
I ordered an *** mini for my child for Christmas. When I placed the order I received an email with my order number and the email also aid I would be sent another email once my item shipped. The money was taken from my account on Wednesday after it was pending for 2 days but I still had not received a tracking information email. I called the store yesterday after I still had not received my item in the mail. The women I talked to took my information and said someone will call me back with my tracking information. No one called me. I called again this morning (Christmas Eve) and told yet another woman the same thing and she was just talking over me not even listening to what I was saying to her then got an attitude when I asked to speak to the supervisor or owner. Now my child is at a lost because they want to be greedy for money.

I did receive the *** AFTER I made several complaints and contacted the store and paypal about getting my money back. I just know not to business with this company every again.

My Phillie Wireless took my *** in for a screen repair and gave me back someone else’s phone. When I picked it up I was able to unlock the device and thought that was strange but the guy told me it happens sometimes so he said I will reset it. Once he rest it he gave me the phone back and said ok all u have to do is sign. When I got home and attempted to sigh in there was an *** lock on the device from someone who was not me. 3 days before Christmas the guys representing his self as the owner with the name of *** told me once the store fixed the screen they are not responsible for anything else and had security escort me out the location. I never cursed or got upset however he started to say I was attempting to scam him when all I asked for was my phone back. The guy also stated that he would do a. Heck in my phone to prove that he gave me back the correct phone and once the check was completed he refused to show me the results. I am currently looking for the owners contact information so that I can file a complaint. I am current out $180 plus the cost of

She gave us an *** to repair the screen, when we take a repair we create a repair receipt which will show which phone and what the phone is getting repaired and it will also state the imei on the repair receipt and a description of the phone. Please see attached documents.
