resolution Let me first offer my sincerest condolences for the personal and family issues you are going through My father in law was on hospice years ago and I know personally how challenging that is In your case, having both parents on hospice, I cannot imagine I will put you and your family on my prayer list As for the issues stated below, there are several major incongruence’s More than a year ago we completed the Attraction Marketing Success System that you purchased This included me PERSONALLY spending several days in the video studio to create a marketing video that would meet your unique requirements The site design, copywriting, video and personal attention we have put into the completion of your system more than one year ago is still available to you today We have continued to pay the hosting, the video hosting and domain registrar fees We have completed in good faith what we promised to complete, and it is clear from your Revdex.com complaint that you have not had the time to use the system – this is not a failing on our part After reviewing all communication over the past year, I have clipped out a few key phrases which should help remind you that the lack of forward movement was a choice on your part and not due to a lack of completion on our part: “There are cases where a persons life changes and what was a positive plan for the future just goes in an unexpected direction.” “I do not have any spare time to apply to this business venture.” “With personal issues beyond my control” “With two parents in Hospice it is a very difficult time.” “With working fulltime in my IT career with the increase of mandated projects that never seem to end and added personal issues at home, I have not been able to get this project started Even if I did at this stage I do not see any segment where I would have the time to grow the businessNot trying to be negative but there have been responsibilties put upon me from family that took this gap of time I would have had for this opportunity are basically gone.” Bottom line here [redacted] is that we have done the work you asked us to do I am very sorry that your personal challenges with family and work have prevented you from being able to take advantage of what we have built for you at your request Yes, when we took the order we knew you would have only part time or light time to work on this system, however, as is clearly evidenced by the above quotes, your personal circumstances have reduced you to NO time Not only have we completed your system, but we CONTINUE to accrue monthly costs on your behalf While I am very open minded to a positive phone conversation with you, I need to be VERY clear that your comment we “did nothing for the money provided” is disconcerting Had you taken the time a year ago to review the work we had done you would know this is a statement Furthermore, given your IT government position, clearly you had the expertise and understanding of what this contract entailed when you agreed to its terms You should know that a system like this takes an incredible amount of time and energy to build There are more than 300,lines of code that we have built into the backend system that powers your custom front end There are only a few technology marketing companies on the planet who can deliver the replicated attraction marketing system we have customized for you and their minimum pricing is $10,000.00USD which does NOT include the customization we have done for you Also, you responded via email which we have logged acknowledging our no refund after work has been completed policy You responded by saying: “Since there is no refund option I am hoping what you have put together is something that will possibly work.” Yet clearly you have had NO time find out As evidenced in this statement, you were communicated with about your request for refund, and you clearly knew we had done the work to put your system together As a year executive ***, I learned the In our primary & original business we provide quality merchandise to our customers, meaning it will hold up & provide the service for which it was intended, but if for some reason it does not meet the customers satisfaction we take it upon ourselves to do whatever it takes to correct it in order to maintain a superior level of quality. You say we need to work the system.Is it another way of saying, that ifthe people you send to our website are not interested in our business opportunity then it is our fault? We had understood that you would supply quality leads Those who did respond were not of the business caliper,coming from a worn out and recycled lead list.To our way of thinking, if you say "quality leads" it should mean the leads would be of such quality as to build our business,as that was the whole point of partnering with myphoneroom. Tell us why here...With any website that you own there are small costs such as annual domain registration and monthly hosting costs.  These average $100-$200 per yearI am willing to cover the last 12 months cost for you and the next 12 months costs for you.  In our primary & original business we provide quality merchandise to our customers, meaning it will hold up & provide the service for which it was intended, but if for some reason it does not meet the customers satisfaction we take it upon ourselves to do whatever it takes to correct it in order to maintain a superior level of quality.  You say we need to work the system.Is it another way of saying, that ifthe people you send to our website are not interested in our business opportunity then it is our fault? What I am saying is that you barely used the system, did not run much traffic to it, and have not followed up very well with the leads you did generate.  If you do not actively run traffic and work the leads then yes, the onus is 100% fully on you. We provide training and assistance, however you must work the system. Please provide evidence of a “worn out and recycled lead list”.  I can provide evidence that I personally purchased quality fresh traffic to test your system.  Your assertion is untrue and baseless.  Please provide your evidence of such immediately. In all the conversations we had after you had our money, not once, was anything mentioned about additional costs.It definetly would have caught our attention, if that had been the case.No were totally unaware  about any hidden costs or fine print. In our primary & original business we provide quality merchandise to our customers, meaning it will hold up & provide the service for which it was intended, but if for some reason it does not meet the customers satisfaction we take it upon ourselves to do whatever it takes to correct it in order to maintain a superior level of quality.  You say we need to work the system.Is it another way of saying, that ifthe people you send to our website are not interested in our business opportunity then it is our fault? We had understood that you would supply quality leads.   Those who did respond were not of the business caliper,coming from a worn out and recycled lead list.To our way of thinking, if you say "quality leads" it should mean the leads would be of such quality as to build our business,as that was the whole point of partnering with myphoneroom.  Long story short- you were interested only in pocketing our money for your gain, to build your empire, without any care whether our business prospered or not.   [redacted]& [redacted]
