As stated in the other customer review I read *** lied to me as wellShe rented a house to me in substandard condition after I paid in advanceMany things ended up being wrong with the property which were disguised by furniture or just unnoticed until I moved inWhen I asked *** to have someone fix these problems I was told the owners did the work and the house was rented as isSince I was already there with a moving truck and all my things I sucked it up and moved in with assurances that I would not have to clean on my way outLong story short I had to leave due to a military deployment, I was able to give enough notice and proper documentation that I should have gotten some of the rent and deposit back but instead MyPlace and their terrible unfair practices have made me file a civil lawsuit which has now been in court for a year and a halfI STRONGLY recommend you go elsewhere, there are many other companies in Clarksville and there is no reason to take a chance with these guys

This company has been managing our rentals (8) for nearly a year now and they have really taken care of us

Terrible experience renting our home out with this company. We had constant charges that we're never talked about and every time I tried to speak to the owner [redacted] she had an excuse that she was busy or had overlooked it. Our tenants moved out early and trashed our home. [redacted] told me they had just left a few things and asked if I wanted to save money and dispose of the items on my own. I said ok, but when I had my friend check my home since I am living out of state she found a bunch of junk all over my yard and damage that I was never made aware of. I contacted [redacted] about it and all she had to say was "I'm baffled." What?! She is completely unprofessional and would not send me the rest of the deposit to fix my home until I had to threaten a lawsuit. Stay far away from this company and their shady business practices.
