Good morning, I received a voice message yesterday afternoon regarding a $check being sent to
my home that would arrive by noon today I received an email this morning with the tracking number A few minutes ago FedEx delivered the check to my home I am not sure I understand how a legitimate business would wait until the Revdex.com was contacted to make good on their promotion, but I appreciate your efforts very much in getting this resolved in such a short timeI will deposit the check as soon as possible.Very grateful for your assistance

I am rejecting this response because: First of all, the initial plate was for a used car. Secondly when I picked the tag up from the tax assessor's office they're the ones that told me that I wouldn't have had to pay for any future term if a multiple year registration was purchased. I was told by them they they cant give a refund because it was purchased through myplates and they would have to refund the money.

Customer self-served purchased a 1-yr plate from My Plates in Dec 2014 apparently for a new vehicle. As clearly stated in 3 locations during the purchase transaction (see provided attachments) and on the receipt too, 1-yr plate terms may cause additional fees when...

registering a vehicle, especially so if for use on newly purchased vehicles which by law have 2-year registrations. The County Tax Accessor Collector office will sync the plate and registration to the same expiry dates, potentially resulting in up to 2 years of use for a plate and 2 years of vehicle registration. Customer has renewed this plate on an annual basis and the plate remains good for use on any vehicle customer owns. Customer called in Nov 2017 to "Restyle" the above plate (Restyle = change the background design but keep same plate message), but chose instead to purchase an entirely new plate, also apparently for a new vehicle, and also for a 1-yr term. Customer was read the terms and conditions which includes explanation of potential additional fees for 1-yr plate terms and verbally agreed to them. Upon arrival at the local County Tax Assessor Collector office, customer has apparently had registration and new plate synced again to a 2-yr expiration, and correctly so per State law. The new plate is good for use on any vehicle the customer may own. My Plates has zero input into vehicle registration. All vehicle registration is the domain of the 254 counties within Texas, and My Plates neither collects for, tracks nor manages any vehicle registration, which is exclusively the domain of county tax assessors and the TxDMV. My Plates cannot refund monies for vehicle registration as it collects no monies for such. Customer currently posses two plates, both valid and available for use on any vehicle the customer owns. State law does not allow for refunds of specialty plate purchases, hence the no refund policy. The State of Texas collects all specialty plate monies directly from customers at time of purchase, including all plates purchased from its official vendor My Plates. When purchases are made on MyPlates.com, payment is made to the official state payment engine at texas.gov who transacts the financial portion. My Plate does not receive any funds directly from the sale of a plate. Hence, neither the State of Texas nor My Plates refunds plate fees, which the customer acknowledges such policy. My Plates terms and conditions do not contemplate the refund of registration fees because My Plates collects no registration fees.
